    Good Points: Well Packed


    Bad Points: Build Quality, Running Costs


    General comments: I bought this machine in January and it felt as though it took until February to install it. This machine eats cartridges including the high yield type. After 5 months the print quality was very poor on photos so I rang HP support and after over an hour of hanging on the telephone being told to print picture after picture (all of which turned out bad) it was finally conceeded that the printer should be replaced. After what seemed like another month of installing the (newly refurbished) printer I was up and running untill the end of August when after constant paper jams and poor prints I had to ring HP support again, after yet more messing about they are sending me another refurbished model, when I asked for a new machine rather than someone else's repaired one I was put through to customer services to be told that this was HP policy and "it wouldn't be any better to have a new one anyway because we get new broken one's in every day" and so I would just have to accept it. The moral of the story is I do not recommend HP Inkjet printers.
