When I sampled Cornish Blue at the Albury Fair it was superb,creamy and a great change at Christmas. I bought a Cornish Blue at The Albury Fair on the understanding it would be perfect for Christmas if kept in the refrigerator. Sadly when opened as the final course of our Christmas dinner it was inedible and had deteriorated badly.I felt you ought to know so that others will not be disappointed. I will try again following your advice as to whether I should have frozen it.
