When I sampled Cornish Blue at the Albury Fair it was superb,creamy and a great change at Christmas. I bought a Cornish Blue at The Albury Fair on the understanding it would be perfect for Christmas if kept in the refrigerator. Sadly when opened as the final course of our Christmas dinner it was inedible and had deteriorated badly.
