Good Points: These books are aimed at people with dementia and Alzheimer's disease and there is nothing else on the market like this. The quality of the books is outstanding and my mother who has dementia enjoyed them immensely. They really helped to start a conversation which over the last few years with my mother has been difficult, with the books we spent well over an hour looking through them and she opened up a lot to me.
Bad Points: Quite expensive but the quality is really good.
General comments: I would recommend the Childhood In Pictures books to anybody who is caring for or has a relative with dementia or Alzheimer's. I now look forward to visiting my mother as we now have something to do and I know she enjoys my visits more.
