Patak's korma sauce is the closest to the flavor I prefer when I eat korma in a restaurant.
I think it's the coconut, which isn't always present in a korma sauce, either restaurant or in a jar.
The taste is mild and creamy. We love peppers, but didn't really like the sauce that contained peppers as much. Probably because we're used to what we're used to. (read more)
