    Good Points: None.


    Bad Points: Everything.


    General comments: THE WORST SALON EVER. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS AND I WAS LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT FOR 10MIN DUE TO TRAFFIC, THE HAIRDRESSER DID NOT EVEN COME OUT AND SHOW HER FACE, THAT THEY HAD TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COLOURING OF ANOTHER CLIENT WAS GOING TO BE OKAY.

    They tried to offer me a 50% rebook, but frankly will you go back?? NO. I was absolutely livid. Time wasters, do not go there. If you are 10 min late they wont do your hair,

    After seeing The Covent Garden Hair Salon had 5 star award onlne & close by in Covent Garden I rang to enqiire whether they did Clairol colouring & a consultation for colour correction. The phone was answered by someone with a very strange accent who garbled something - I asked whether this was The Salon - they answered 'yes' but didn't sound convinced themselves, needless to say they didn't know what Clairol was or about colour! I asked to speak to a colour specialist - this other lady was also ...

    I just had my hair highlighted and cut and I could not be happier with the results. I moved here from the states almost 3 years ago and because of a bad experience here the first year, I always waited until returning to the states to get a touch up - but I could not wait this time and thanks to this website, I decided to try The Covent Garden Hair Salon, The other reviews were correct, the employees were friendly. The outcome was perfect - thanks

    The Covent Garden Hair Salon is very conveniently situated near the Covent Garden tube, this sunny salon is the salon that I finally settled into after moving to london. Nothing is a rush job here and I feel like the warm people there treat me like a member of their family. I keep recommending this salon to all my friends and I make sure to treat my family when they come and visit me in London. The people!     Excellent stylists, I am so happy with my new colour and restyle. The beautician did a brilliant work and the best ever brazilian I've had for many years, so I'm very pleased to recommend The Covent Garden Salon to all. Just be cautious to get the address right as there is a japanese salon next door..almost had my hair there by mistake oops!

    lovely place, lovely smiley people, great atmosphere and even better haircut.Highly recommended!!!
    The Covent Garden Hair Salon is a great place to relax and get a fab haircut.

    Excellent service, polite and skilled staff, good atmosphere. As a person with short thick hair i find it very hard to maintain. My hairdresser was very skilled and able to.

    The Covent Garden Hair Salon are open 7 days a week. My hair looked and felt great when I left. I have been to some shocking salons in my time and I now realise that paying that little bit extra really does pay off. It's relatively cheap for the area though!

    The male stylist spent a lot of time explaining to me what he could do to my hair and what would suit me. I had my hair badly cut at another salon a few days previous so went here to get it sorted. He said that he could save the length if I ...

    I don't really like the fringe that I was given but I asked for it and I suppose I have to get used to it but the stylist at the Covent garden Hair Salon did a good job of straightening my hair and took the 5 hours he said it would take.
    I have not been surrounded by so many men in a long time! I will go back again.
