I wouldn't touch them with a 50ft barge pole. We have a leaking conservatory, I have made endless phone calls and been promised a repair but 12 months later and I am still waiting. Gold leaf may be slightly cheaper than other companies but the saving is definitely not worth it, they are unprofessional and extremely slap dash. Before we used them I read a review that said that they knew people personally when they answered the phone, the reason for this I now realise is because you have to make repeated phone calls to get anything done. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS

My son has worked for this dreadfull so called company for 2 weeks and the lady who is running this sham called melissa won't pay him his wages. She has kept coming up with excuse after excuse saying she will go and get it but then never comes back with it. Is this really a company people want to do business with?

Very poor service from Goldleaf Conservatories. Fitted windows one week later than date confirmed as guaranteed. Left work unfinished and only returned after daily phones calls for 2 weeks. Every time I rang they said they would come that day.

I had perfectly good fitting windows although a bit tired looking. Decided to have them replaced by Goldleaf Conservatories and ended up with something far worse.
My only choice now is to have them removed and PROFESSIONALLY refitted!

I had windows replaced through Goldleaf Conservatories at Preston. This is family firm with all staff being very friendly and helpful.
They do bend over backwards to help you and nothing is to much trouble.
We had one slight problem this was fixed straight away no messing no argument I would recommend this firm to anyone.

I had windows, doors, fascia soffits and conservatory through Goldleaf at Preston. I was over the moon with the job they did. Everyone was friendly and when you called they knew who you were no matter who picked up the phone. When the job was finished i received a certificate from an insurance company guaranteeing everything for 10 years. Overall a fantastic service and everyone was always friendly
