Good Points: I dont remember why I ordered from this company in the first place. I assume there were some good reasons for it, although it was so long ago I no longer remember.

Bad Points: Absolute worst customer service ever.

General comments: For all of you reviewers who expressed that they had a good experience with their customer service...seriously? This company has the most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a desk from them over 2 months ago. I still have not received it. It takes them at least a week to respond to my emails and I have to email them two or three times to get a response. At one point, after they had ignored 3 consecutive emails I finally just I called them and left a message with my cell phone number. They never called me back. Finally I just contacted American express to chargeback. Guess what, they contacted me immediately saying they would ship it right away. Even though I was furious with the company and didn't want to give them my business out of spite, i figured it would still be easier for me to just continue with the order rather than deal with the chargeback and order from another company so I told them to ship it asap. I then emailed computerdesk.com, and asked for a tracking number. Guess what...STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM!

We purchased 4 desks for our new office from Computer Desk, it took about 15 minutes and the desks arrived in about a week. The customer service rep was very helpful. I would recommend them to a friend.

Nice selection, we ended up buying a few chairs as well. Everything arrived fast and we were very satisfied. Will buy from again.

I ordered a desk from computerdesk.com; it can be a pain to order things online since I have an APO (Army Post Office) address, but their drop-down state selection menu and shipping quote for my specific zip code reflected that they ship to APOs. Store is not bad. Good service and the desk was great, it was just as described and will most likely use them again if my desk ever breaks.
