Good Points: It's cheap! £350 in Aldi stores. Seems fine after 3 months use, both off-air and via cable TV. 3-year warranty via Aldi. Teletext and Freeview tuner included. LCD 32" panel seems to have no defects like dead pixels visible to my untrained eyes.
Bad Points: Peculiar "lips-out-of synch-with picture" effect via built-in Freeview digital tuner, off-air. Longer-term than 3 year support unlikely to be simple (Tevion is an Aldi brand name for Medion, I understand).
General comments: I haven't explored all the features fully yet, but for the price I've yet to receive any surprises unpleasant enough to warrant complaint. Maybe when I actually receive HD TV! At this price I could afford another when I've found what features I'm missing, and still have change from High St prices of similar sized sets.
