    Good Points: It got to me quite quickly.


    Bad Points: It was faulty - it took FOUR or FIVE months to sort it out! Customer Service is terrible. Had to make numerous phone calls, send emails, letters, get my mom to waste her days sitting inside the house!


    General comments: I bought a treadmill from New Fitness on behalf of my mom and she received it quite quickly. However, the product was faulty. She called them a few times about it and they promised to send a "head" through to her. It never arrived, she called again and they promised to send another one out and it never arrived. I sent an email to them, and they promised somebody would collect it and that I would receive a refund. My mom stayed in SEVEN times for somebody to collect the item. Eventually, somebody came to collect the item and then all I had to do was chase for a refund. It arrived in my bank account the next day.
