    Good Points: Modern, comfortable homes.


    Bad Points: Despite been described as 'delightful log cabins set in trees with superb views', our 'log cabin' was infact a pine-clad, modern build over-looking the main hotel car park. No view, no porch and a daily alarm in the shape of the snowmobiles starting up from the adjacent storage area!


    General comments: Iso Syote was described by Thomson as a 'ski to door' resort, which is only true if you are a competent skier. Having taken our two young children because of the advertised 'ski to door', 'family skiing' and 'best for beginners' claim, we were gobsmacked to realise that we needed to catch an infrequent ski bus down the slope to the ski school (or take an hours trek down the icy road). Excursions were not as described, and extremely over priced for what you get.
    I feel that we were a few years too late visiting this place. Our weeks stay cost over 4,000 and was without doubt, the worst holiday we have ever 'endured'.
