    Visited in August last year after a gap of 11 years and I was disgusted at the poor quality of exhibits and very poor value for money

    Aberystwyth, Animalarium had dirty enclosures, containers of stale food, complete lack of information as to animals habitats food requirements etc grossly overpriced for what it is you can see everything there is to see in about 40 mins if you linger looking at the poor displays even less if you keep walking, I read somewhere that there is another 10 acres of ground that would be the big mound of shale to the rear of the dwelling My advice give it a miss an save yer money!!.     Generally very disappointing. 'Zoo' so small it can be navigated in the space of 10 minutes. Everywhere you look there are weeds, trays of animal feed etc. Couldn't see big cats as enclosures were so overgrown, no information about animals origins etc.. Terrible day (I mean hour!!) out, poor animals!
