The most pethatic service provider award should go to Dreams.co.uk. Once you place the order, you will have no clue as to what is going on with your order, when will it be delivered, who is the order with etc. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS TO OTHER.

    DREAMS BEDS
We have been to dreams for the second time, the first time was last year when we purchased a king size bed plus mattress, when it arrived the headboard was scratched in two places, this was not a cheap bed costing £1300 plus the mattress, but when it was put together the pillows covered the scratches so i put it down to bad look and the thought of waiting 6 weeks for a replacement and the 45 minutes on the phone to customer services, filled me with dread.

    Like a total idiot w ...

I have just received my delivery of a Superking Chaucer memory foam divan from Dreams Connswater belfast, The bed with 4 drws and headboard was £2159 and after a lot of shopping around I found this the best anywhere, The sale guy was also the Manager a guy called Eamon, He fully explained why it was expensive ( V100 / Open cell 2000 pocket springs ) etc.. I was told it was by Kaymed based in dublin, Being sceptical I took the details and checked online and it was all spot on, I went to a f ...

I ordered a headboard 7 weeks ago from Dreams Omagh branch. As it was overdue we went into the store to be told the order had not been put through. We then were told that we couldn't have our money back as head office deals with returns. After getting through to an actual manager (harder than you can imagine) we were told there was a 20% cancellation fee because the store had put through the order after we complained and wanted our money back (idiots). After trying to explain this to the Belfast ...

We brought 2 beds from dreams for my mother who is disabled and terminally ill. The first ended up being thrown out because of severe mattress dipping, the second which she currently has is impossible to sleep on because it has dipped and sagged all over the place, two beds in 18 months is unacceptable. A so called independent advisor visited us yesterday and let me tell you if he decides she can't have a new mattress despite it being under a year old I will be taking this to watchdog mark my wo ...

We bought our bed from Dreams just over a year ago and decided against going for 1 of the many matresses they had in the sale and bought a more expensive but better quality Silent Night mattress. After less than a year of sleeping on the mattress and with regular turing, the mattress has dipped considerably and lost it's complete integrity! It has gone from being extremely comfortable to extremely uncomfortable and causes back pain! After eventually managing to get through to Dreams customer ser ...

The sales people in the shop are pushy and will say anything to get you to buy. We went on the 50% off BIG bank holiday sales weekend, the sale was so big we had to ask where it was- the sales man pointed to one bed, which had been reduced to over £1,000

We were told that the bed and wardrobe we were interested in would not need any assembly. This was the main reason for buying there as we aren't a fan of DIY. The sales man said if there were any problems he would come personally and ...

I brought my bed from dreams in aylesbury and the experiance from start to finish has been sheer joy. The store manager welcomed me to his store asked me lots of questions to find out what i needed and then showed me the different types of beds he did. After about five minutes (with a cup of tea in hand) I felt i knew alot and that I was being looked after.

I layed on a few beds and after a while I choose my bed. After listening to the manager i decided to go for a larger bed so that me and my ...

The service received from Dreams Beds was terrible! My father placed an order on 26th July and was told it would be 2 weeks to delivery, somewhat disappointing due to the advertised "next day delivery" constantly on our television and in papers, however, he paid in full and waited for a delivery date. On 3rd August he received a letter saying there were unforeseen delays and he would have to wait another 3-4 weeks. As my parents bed was broken they were now sleeping on a mattress on the floor ...

So far, on every review i have read on about 13 different places i have looked for my bed frame, there have only been bad reviews. I suppose people complain more than they do compliment. After some serious looking around i decided to go into my local dreams beds shop just down the road.
The sales guy was great, yes i said i wanted a bed FRAME and he took me over to a £1400 matress but he was just doing his job, i work in an insurance sales company so i understand this, but eventualy he we ...

We ordered a mattress from Dreams in Letchworth on Sunday 13th September. The only reason we bought it was because they told us it was in stock and could be delivered by the following Thursday, this date was written on the order. We had guests arriving on the Saturday and made this clear that it MUST arrive. Bascially, they haven't delivered it as it's NOT in stock and are trying to charge us 20% of the cost of the mattress (£1250) to cancel the order. Customer services are pointless. You ...

Dreams Beds are the most unhelpful, unfriendly company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Having chose a Trinity mattress in store, which was quite soft and I was assured was a `no-turn' mattress, I ordered one to be delivered. Sadly when it arrived it was very firm and needed monthly turning which I cannot do as I have serious heart problems. Luckily I had paid the insurance so I phoned and asked for a change of mattress as per the insurance. The one I chose was £100 cheaper. ...

I ordered a double divan from the Tamworth branch 2 weeks ago, in the sale. I bought a Myers bed that was reduced from approx £800 to approx £200. However, once the price of 2 drawers, delivery and to take the old bed away, it totalled £440. I was told delivery would be 2-4 weeks. Within a week I was phoned to say the bed was ready and to arrange delivery and that the driver would phone me that morning with a 2 hour delivery slot. This was all done and the delivery today went v ...

I bought a mattress from the taunton store and it was the worst experience of my life. i had a budget off £300 which i explained to him but he still decided to show me products of the £600 mark!!i finally decided and had it delivered. the aftersales are just as bad as the sales people. we have had problem after problem. I eventually bought from another family run store on chip lane who were second to none.

We bought our bed 8 months ago for £700 we found the mattress has dipped considerably and I have developed a bad back. Dreams Beds sent an independant adviser who did not give any opinion, but sent a report. Dreams did not get back to us, when I rang them they said there is nothing wrong with the mattress, I can no longer sleep on the mattress there are 2 dips and a raised area down the centre. Apparantly that is the end of it they cannot help any more.

dreams are a sad excuse for a company, i ordered my double bed and mattress in january and was told the waiting time was 7weeks, 2 days before scheduled delivery they rang and said it wouldn't be in the country for another 3 weeks, however the mattress still arrived on the initial date, on the second delivery day i received a text from dreams saying that they would call soon to place the 2 hour delivery slot an hour later "yeah soz it's damaged it'll be another 3 weeks and the supplier has chang ...

i have never come across such a bad service ever!my 77 year old mum ordered a bed and mattress and paid up front for everything, including transport and for the bed to be put together. he even gave her a plastic bag to put her old mattress in and she paid extra for the mattress to be taken away when the bed was to be delivered.the sales man said that the item was in stock and to be delivered in a weeks time.

Purchased in Dreams store and was quite surprised at the deal offered: Giovanni bed with Emerald Matress £1100 in total.

When delivered noticed damage to leather, after assembly found construction defects causing slats to bang during any slight movement in bed, caused by 1 inch gap between slats and central beam. Called dreams and after some hassle they collected the bed two weeks later and gashed my wall during the process.

So the new bed delivered had similar damage and we were quite ...
