Notified by the tecnician on the day of a morning or afternoon repair which enabled me to plan the rest of my day . Received a call to notify me that the tecnician was half an hour away. Tecnician arrived on time, was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what needed to be done, replacement windscreen fitted in 40 mins. “Amazing Helpful Team”

Unfortunately bumped the back of my corsa, and the insurance company and this garage couldnt get any better at putting my mind at ease over the car! They kept me updated throughout the process of my car getting repaired, the staff were very friendly and helpful! The end result of my car... UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING! Had to use Nationwide after having an unfortunate accident in my new car. Nationwide were the insurance approved repair centre so I decided to give it a go. I had a courtesy car delivered to my house at the same time as my car was taken for repair. They took my car in for 2 weeks, was told I'd be contacted every 2 days to keep me up to date with the progress. I had 3 or 4 calls from them in total (including collection and delivery calls). Their website tracker crashed on the day of my car's estimated completion date so I couldn't continue to track its progress either. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have thoroughly investigated the alleged theft and can find no evidence to suggest that anyone took your sunglasses whilst your vehicle was in our possession. In fact, none of our staff, including the driver who first collected your vehicle and whom has been a trusted and respected employee for a number of years, recalls seeing any glasses in the vehicle. You say that you left your glasses in side of the door, which we repaired. This door was stripped down for repair and any items in the door panel would have been kept safe for you until your vehicle was collected, or delivered back to you, as per our normal procedures. Whilst we accept that you believe your glasses were in the car, we have no evidence to confirm that this was indeed the case and the evidence we do have suggests otherwise. You have told us that you have already made a formal complaint to your insurance company who are now dealing with this matter. We will assist them fully with their enquiries and will of course, accept and abide by their findings. We understand you have not yet reported this matter to the police and would encourage you to do so if you still feel that a theft has occurred. We are keen to receive confirmation that no such thing has occurred whilst your vehicle was in our possession. As regards your feedback regarding our communication, we would like to offer our apologies for not contacting you on 13th September as we should have done. We aim to contact our customers every 2-3 working days and normally manage to do this. However, it appears that despite providing you with an update as promised throughout your repairs we neglected to call you on 13th resulting in a 4 day gap between updates. We are sorry if this caused you any concern or inconvenience. As you say, our website was down on the day your repairs were completed which was inconvenient for everyone. Again, we apologise if this caused you a problem and have done all we can to ensure it does not happen again.

My car was repaired for two separate incidents and Nationwide were excellent at arranging everything and coordinating the two claims. My car was collected from home and I had a brand new courtesy car to drive until the work was completed. I was regularly updated with the progress on my car throughout. My 5 year old managed to completely break the door lock in my Meriva. After ringing around I got in touch with Nationwide who were more than happy to help. They were quick to fit me in and on arrival were extremely friendly and quickly identified the problem and explained how a new part was needed. “Spanish underground car park!”

I drove from fife Scotland to Malaga Spain without a hitch, then grazed a pillar in an underground car park near Malaga! I dented the front wing and grazed the bumper. Used the Cheltenham branch for my repair. Excellent communication from the friendly team at Nationwide, and a professional operation, Front of House, to hand over my car and pick up brand new replacement car (Honda Civic) for the week.
