I've used the Milton Keynes branch a few times and now wouldn't go anywhere else. The ladies in the office are always polite and very helpful. Keep you informed and take the worry away from car/van repairs. The repairs are always done to a high standard and our vehicles come out looking like new. Fortunately, we have not had to use these type of services much before as we have a relatively careful set of fleet drivers! However, due to an unfortunate collision involving one of our vehicles, our insurer passed us on to the Nationwide Crash Repair Centre in Leamington Spa. “Great team in East Grinstead”

My car went in for repair - it was not considered to be urgent repair as only bodywork damage, however they called on the same afternoon that I made my insurance claim, and then they picked my car up within 3 days and had it back to me 3 days later - fully repaired and valeted inside and out. They kept in contact with me throughout and picked my car up from my work, and then dropped it back to me at a completely different location! After a truly terrible experience with my insurance company .. No courtesy car, staff who couldn't answer any enquiries, hanging on the phone for over an hour on six occasions and being fobbed off by people who couldn't care less I was ready to spontaneously combust! “Proffesional Service, Excellent workman ship, Pleasant...”

My Honda crv got taken into your Bristol Garage on about the 20th May and I finally got it back on Tuesday 17th June, not that I minded as I had a very nice courtesy car. The very friendly girls on the front desk would phone be regularly to keep me updated on my cars progress and the estimated completion date. I booked my van in for what was initially supposed to be a 9 day repair on 27th may. I am in the trade as a smart repair tech. I asked them at ashton branch if they could hurry repair as quick as poss, as despite having a courtesy van i need my own fully equipped van. I got my first update a after 3 days on 30th to say van was in panel shop. All good i thought. I did not here anything until the following thursday 5th june. It is disappointing, especially as I am a trade customer. I work for a company That has a fleet of over 70 vehicles, You are insurance company's approved repairer! However the md of the company has categorically stated none of our vehicles will go back to you. Not only have you lost our custom but the power We have to refer and recommend you !

I understand from the centre manager that your van is now booked in for inspection/rectification work. As the manager has not yet seen the van he is unable to comment on any faults but will happily discuss the matter with you and complete any rectification work with as little inconvenience to yourself as possible. We understand you need your van for your business and will do our very best to help you. According to our notes, the expected completion date was always 13th June and this date was anticipated before your van was even on site. We are therefore unsure as to why the confusion has arisen and so can only apologise for any part we played in this. We completed the repairs on Monday 16th which we accept was after the expected completion date of Friday 13th. Unfortunately we do not carry out QC checks etc over the weekend. We did call your land-line on the Monday and left a message with someone advising them the vehicle was ready and payment was required. Clearly you did not get this message which is again, unfortunate. I hope this clarifies things for you. I can assure you that we did our very best to adhere to our time-scale and keep you informed but have taken on board the comments you have made. If you would like any further information or wish to discuss the matter in more detail, please contact the centre as they have all the details to hand, thank you.
