After approx 8 days away got my car back from nationwide Dumfries ,just for it to be returned paint job fine but the way car was put back together not impressed now been away for another 9 days with return tomorrow, not happy chappie ,poor final inspection which was signed off, obviously should have went to spec savers, branch manager very helpful ,but think the workshop manager could do with some customercare training,,,,,, overall not impressed… Read Full Review

The damaged car was collected and a courtesy car provided promptly. We were provided with an automatic as requested and were very pleased with the car. Awful! Turned up at my work to give a quote without letting me know. Said they would ring and arrange. Had to get insurance work done in the garage because they couldn't fix my alloy with mobile repair. I had 3 scratches on my bumper. The online repair tracker said the car was complete after 7 days and ready for collection/delivery. 15 Days After it went in I finally got it back!!!! Alloy wheel wasn't even repaired!!! I have received all the information regarding your repairs and it seems that we made some errors along the way for which we can only apologise. Firstly, we should have contacted you before we carried out our estimate if this is what we had promised to do. Your vehicle was sent in to the Luton centre as our mobile team are unable to carry out alloy refurbishments. However, Luton were not informed that the wheel damage was part of the repair work and so were unaware this needed attending to. This is a very unfortunate error and one that should not have happened. We can only apologise for the delay and inconvenience this caused you. We do try very hard to provide an excellent level of service to all our customers but sadly things don't always go according to plan. This seems to be the case with your repairs for which we are truly sorry. This information will be used to ensure these kinds of mistakes will not be repeated in the future. I have spoken to several members of staff in our Cardiff centre and I understand that they are expecting to have your vehicle back on site in early August to rectify a few issues you have with the finishing of the repairs. We apologise that the vehicle was returned to you with these issues. I understand that the person you spoke to regarding these issues wanted to oversee the rectification work personally which is why he suggested having your vehicle back in the centre once he had returned from his holiday. Please be assured that he made this suggestion out of concern for you and the fact that you were having to return your car for rectification work. Please contact the centre on 3rd August as previously agreed so that they can carry out this work for you as they are very keen to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the repairs. Thank you.

“Shocking car repair”

My car went to nationwide Warwick When I received the car back after 2 and half weeks ( our fault partly for adding another claim after car was picked up ) they provided us with a courtesy car so time wasn't a issue . “Appalling workmanship and incompetent ”

The beginning. My car is a black 3 door mk5 golf, somebody had ran down the side of it and left no details. I rang the insurance who put me onto nationwide. The damage to the vehicle was paint transfer from wing to in front of rear wheel arch all on driver’s side.
