From the first contact I had with Nationwide, Benfleet, they were exceptional. The communications were accurate and precise. The car was collected at a specified time. A hire car was delivered at the same time my car was removed for repair. I had regular updates on the progress of the repair, and the car was returned in excellent condition and clean inside and out. Had a Minor scuff and dent to my mobility 3dr rear passenger lower sill on Kia Proceed. Contacted RSA mobility who said they would book it in to be done. Nationwide crash repair center contacted me that afternoon and arranged courtesy car, and it was picked up promptly a day or two later. What assistance were they supposed to have provided? because all they did was contact Newports area manager to contact me and I have had no other dealings with your liaison team.

Only call I received by liaison team is what I mentioned above in the post, I have had no contact from anyone apart from that once who spoke to my wife on this matter.

However my initial concerns where completely misguided as the staff where professional and courteous in getting my car repaired promptly, and to an excellent standard. Every member of staff was courteous and helpful from the reception staff, through the damage assessors, to the courtesy car valet. Every step of the process was explained clearly and I was given clear details of the next steps. The courtesy car was clean and new. My car was picked up at home by a lorry, then was fixed to my satisfaction over a period of ten days. I had a car to use during this period which was satisfactory. A few weeks later I noticed a bit of plastic was peeling from the driver's side door which must have been missed when I had the accident. “Thanks for a job really well done.”

From the moment I took my damaged car to Nationwide for inspection to the time when the newly repaired car was delivered to the car hire company for my collection, I was treated with great courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. I was kept regularly up to date and my calls were answered promptly and helpfully. They did a great job on the car - replacing a door and replacing other scratches, etc. It now looks as good as new. Had someone hit my 2014 Skoda Yeti a week ago in a carpark and do a runner without leaving details etc..with the damage quite exstensive I rang my insurer & as they had a nominated repairer I'd be sent to nationwide liverpool...well after a couple of days the provided courtesy car a knackered vaxuhall corsa with a serious drink problem was issued I waited patiently for my own car to return. Sorry Im not very comfortable giving reg details on an open forum....i've been back to the centre today spoken to like I was a 4yr old and one issue the guy even had the nerve to say was I sure it's something i've not done....idiot

funny thing as well...while waiting in reception a further 3 customers came in and while chatting they all shared frustration about various mess made to their cars after repairs etc....I dont know if liverpool have a quality control manager if they do he needs retraining or a new guide dog as he's failing miserably at his job

Thank you. The manager is aware of your issues and discussed the matter with me. I understand that we have given the re-painted area a buffing as it was slightly dull and that you are now happy with the finish. The scratches have been polished out for you and again you have confirmed you are happy with this. We are not clear as to what the "other issues" are so if you do have other issues it may be worth mentioning these to the centre manager, thank you. As regards the valet, we wash and vacuum cars as per our agreement with the insurance company. We do not provide a full valet unless the customer has specifically requested this and this would be at an additional cost. I apologise if we had implied in any way that your vehicle would receive a full valet. The manager has confirmed to me that he will be speaking to the each member of staff regarding the manner in which they deal with customers and would like to apologise that you feel you were treated in an acceptable way. Please be assured that this matter will be dealt with. Thank you for your understanding and I trust you are now happy with the repairs to your vehicle but please speak to the centre manager directly if you have any concerns whatsoever.

spoke to center manager earlier today....slightly dull paintwork is an understatement thats for sure, as for scratches all over bonnet most have been sorted apart from one thats still there only way this can be fixed is if the car is re booked in and bonnet resprayed..I wouldnt say happy with everything just glad majority sorted but dont want to return for the bonnet fix as you can imagine left me with zero faith in your service.

First accident in 26 years and I drove my lovely green Mazda 2 into a transit van and he came off much the worse. Nationwide Crash Repair did a wonderful job from start to finish. Baz was picked up on time by a very pleasant man who clearly explained the repair process. Got a courtesy car delivered to my door step which was excellent. My car was taken away by the company and a few days later called me to advise where they were with the repairs and roughly when I would get the car back.
