“Repairs started in Oct 2013 and still not finished”

My car was collected by Nationwide Bridgend all arranged by my insurance company, damage was to the drivers window , the drivers seat and the convertible roof. The car was with Bridgend for two months because they could not source a new drivers window and could not give me a date. So I picked up the phone and arranged for auto glass to replace it what was taking them over two months I arranged and had fitted in three days. “Would highly recommend this company”

I was unlucky to b involved in a crash recently . This is the first time I've had to go with this company and I would highly recommend them. The person who came to collect my car was efficient and professional I was kept up to date with what was happening with my car by the glasgow branch The car took a bit longer than expected to be fixed but the courtesy car was lovely so it wasn't a problem. I booked two mots and a service with nationwide fast fit + leicester branch. I got the times I wanted and courtesy calls informing me of any work needed doing during the process. “Never again ”

The service at Cheltenham branch has been diabolical. I would never use this company again. My car was booked in for work in September and has needed to go back in 5 times,repairs still ongoing. Insurance company has been contacted and were very concerned about the service I have received thus far. “Do not use Nationwide Dumfries.”

The reputation of this repairer locally is abysmal & rightly so. After previous experience of this company 12 or more years ago when a car needed another body shop to put right this companies shoddy craftsmanship, I foolishly allowed my insurance company to persuade me to allow this lot to repair my car. What a mistake that turned out to be. I have a THIRTY point list of defects with the repair & the car is now in another garage having their work corrected. “Disappointed with Workmanship”

Just had my car repaired by Nationwide.Found them very disappointing with their workmanship,my car was returned with a couple of parts missing and masking tape line(needed respray where marked),inner wheel arch had grey undercoat spray mark and the interior was covered in white dust from the preparation.Had to be returned several times to be put right.Still unhappy about experience with them not sure if I could trust them again with my car !!!! I have spoken to the manager of our Tamworth centre and he is aware of the issues you had with your repairs. I understand he has already spoken to you with regard to these issues and has apologised for the service you received as well as giving your vehicle a complimentary valet. Following damage to my car by a falling tree branch it was repaired by Nationwide. They organised everything replacement car, windscreen / glass replacement and replacement roof bars and feet. The main part of their work was repair to the body work which now looks as good as new. My car was collected as scheduled by a very nice man and a nice new Corsa loan car left I received regular progress reports and the on line tracking was easy I was informed my car was ready on the Thursday but could only be delivered back on the following Tuesday due to a Bank Holiday - no prob, loan car fine. Upon further investigation and digging, I have managed to find out that the whole catalogue of trouble rests squarely and firmly with Nationwide repairs centre, as opposed to the actual repair site, it appears that those at the repair site can only act on what they are advised told and instructed by those at the call centre, and the repair site have so far made attempts to remedy any misunderstanding between themselves and myself and I wholly exonerate them from any blame, I am however FAR FROM HAPPY WITH THE OFFICE THAT DEALS WITH THE MATTERS BETWEEN REPAIR SITE AND INSURED and as such will never insure with my insurance company again as long as they use this company and have made this perfectly clear to the insurance company,
