Excellent service from start to finish. Very helpful and curteous, giving a great customer service, that you don't see too often unfortunately now with bigger companies. This was consistent over the full period with whoever and whenever contact was made. Car looked as good as new when returned. Really pleased and would certainly recommend. I recently took my vehicle to Newport branch for some repairs. From the time I entered the reception the girls on the counter were very respectful and helpful. The engineer quoted my work, which was very competitive and the manager Mr Beech booked my vehicle in promptly. On completion my vehicle had be repaired and cleaned for my collection. “Poor customer service ”

After being referred to the Bradford branch by my insurance company, I was informed that they had no courtesy cars available and had to use a hire car company. New rear window needed replacing and after 3 weeks I was contacted to ask to confirm the type of glass that was in before and they would now have to order it from the manufacturer, so further delay to repairs. “Still waiting for phone call”

my car have been with nationwide for more than a week now after I had an accident. my insurance sent my car to them. to date no one has called me about any progress. anytime I call, they tell me all their centres are busy so I have to wait. and they cant give me a courtesy car because my car hasn't be taken to any repair centre. but my insurance insist nationwide should provide a courtesy car. don't really know who to talk to now. very bad service… Read Full Review

I am sorry you are experiencing these issues. Unless I have your registration number I cannot help you further so could you please add a comment to your review and let me know as soon as possible? Thank you. From what you have said your car has not yet been accepted into a repair centre, in which case it is probably being held in some other garage unconnected to us, hence you have not had any update calls from us. There is usually a very good reason for delays in allocating repairs to centres and usually these hold-ups are caused by the insurance companies. Unfortunately, until I have your reg I cannot help you any further. As soon as you provide this information I will get to the bottom of things for you and speed things up. Thanks.

“Repairs to my Mitsubishi Asx 3”

My Insurance Company advised me that the NEWPORT branch of Nationwide Repair Centre would make contact which they did within a few days. I was told by a very pleasant lady that if I wished they would be only too pleased to collect my vehicle from my home and as per the terms of my insurance they would leave me with a courtesy car. I got referred by my insurance company in which i slightly regret accepting. I was told by other garages that the work needed would be a maximum of 2 days in which nation wide told me it would take approx 10-14 days or so. I thought as they have gave me a longer waiting period they must be genuine with their work. My car has been with them for over 2 weeks and i am still being told that work still needs to be done to it which i personally believe for such a minor job it shouldn't take that… Read Full Review

Excellent communication from start to finish. Co-ordinated well with Enterprise car hire (I left the hire car at Nationwide's Loanhead premises when I picked my own car). Rang me regularly to update me with progress, finished well ahead of their initial time estimate. Staff were polite and helpful and the repair was excellent. I caught my Clio GT on a wall at the beginning of December. Having been referred to Nationwide (Hull branch) by my insurance company, the car was called in for an estimate two days later. I was warned in advance that courtesy cars were few and far between, but a week later was booked in for 18th Dec (approx 2 weeks after the incident).
