Good Points: Courtesy car supplied was clean and good.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: Had our car repaired twice by the East Grinstead branch of the Nationwide Crash Repair Centre. I was impressed on both occasions with the service and the end result, they kept us informed throughout and car was returned very clean.

I understand that the pool site in cornwall is quite new, and the staff I delt with were very helpfull. Reception very helpful on the repair side and also comments about the local area.
We all get the odd mess up with any job but I cannot praise the staff enough at Nationwide crash centre at Redruth in Cornwall. A top class repair on my car and no complaints.

Where do I start? Took them 4 days to contact me from me contacting insurers, I begged them to see me immediately as it had been broken into so not secured, they agreed to see it next day. They assessed it, they assessor suggested I "be more careful next time" (I do apologise for going to work and leaving it unattended with nothing on show!), it then took them two weeks before they could take it in for repair. The Cheltenham branch of Nationwide repair centre seemed very disorganised and I was unhappy about the finish of my vehicle and my broken radio unit. Car was returned to me unfinished, also whilst it was at N C R the stereo on/off switch was broken and 10 months later I am still waiting for them to sort this out.

Prompt, professional service. Excellent customer care. Online tracking of repair. Regular updates of repair progress. Hire car came prompt and clean.

My wifes car was involved in an accident and needed to be repaired. My insurance company told me that Nationwide Crash Repair Centre would be doing the work on my car. Great, I thought, and they offered me a courtesy car to be getting on with.

Read the reports on here before taking my car to Nationwide and was extremely nervous, however I was very satisfied with their service. Every member of staff was helpful and I find it hard to believe this is the same place the other reviews have originated from.

My car was taken into the Nationwide garage after somebody attempted to break into my car (the thieves had just pulled the top of the door back before my alarm sent them running). My insurance company arrange for my car to be taken to Nationwide and after 2 weeks it still wasn't fixed and still no courtesy car. In the end my car was written off (all for a door!) so I bought my car back and went off to the Nationwide garage to pick up my car.

Contrary to some reviews, I was very happy with the end result of my visit to Exeter branch.
I had rear door and panel damage on an Audi A6 with metallic pearlescent paint. The did a great job, and no-one has been able to spot the repair!

My car was involved in an accident with third party going into the back of my car, my insurers said Nationwide Crash Repair Centre would be repairing my car. My crash happened on the 15th Dec 07 and my car wasn't seen until the 28th Dec blaming christmas rush. It was then said that only an estimate that was given (but not told to me but my insurers) and my car will have to be dropped off at the crash repair centre on the 4th of Jan 08, in the mean time Albany assistance car hire company couldn't ...

In my opinion I don't know of another company who have shown such a level of complete ineptitude. I don't even know where to start! When I first went to see the damage to my car, which was pretty severe I was told my car was in a que waiting to be fixed and it would take around a month to complete the necessary work.
