    Nationwide Crash Repair Centre (who I don't 'rate' at all!)were confident that they could rebuild the whole passenger side of my BMW Convertible after if was struck by a bus, the front wing, door and back panel. My insurance company placed the car in their hands. The car was returned to me filthy, the passenger door wouldn't close it had more scratches and black marks on the interior - my car was in "mint" condition before this accident. They even had to send it to a BMW dealership because they couldn't fathom the motor in the door. Appalling service and shoddy workmanship. The steering wheel now shudders when I brake which they say is caused by a warped disc. It wasn't shuddering before it went in! I am now redressing with my insurance Company More Th>n. All this hassle when the accident wasn't my fault!

    10 days and counting for a small bumper repair, 1 phone call,3 days in, otherwise - nothing, website shows car finished after 5days, but no communication, complained loudly to claim handlers and insurance company, what a shoddy service, and if the car is not perfect when i eventually get it back, there will be trouble..

    My car went in for a damaged bumper and wing. they resprayed the bumper and wing and didn't colour match and blend the corresponding wing or bonnet. Now i have a car with a different colour bumper to the bonnet. it looks worse now than before it went in for repairs.

    First time my car went in to walsall branch they forgot to replace the broken wing mirror, then it goes in to tamworth and comes out looking worse than if i had givn my 3yr old nephew the task of doing the repairs.

    I still find problems daily on the car. First of the petrol cap had been snapped off and glued back ok and leaving glue marks down the side of my car. The carpet was never re0fitted to a good standard and now it has huge bumps in the footwell which cannot come out unless the whole carpet is replaced.

    Had my car repaired at the Daventry branch a few weeks ago and thought the service was excellent. My car was collected on time, I was kept informed of what was being done and my car was delivered clean and shiny a few days later. All in all a great service and I would definitely use them again.

    I have just got my car back from Nationwide Crash Repair Centre after a motorcyclist hit my passenger side, the work was shoddy i have just sent the driver back with my vehicle as the work is not acceptable, there was a run in the paint work, the black panel trims were scratched the paint work had dimpling in it and i am very disappointed.

    The repairs that were undertaken by Nationwide Crash Repair Centre on my car were unsatisfactory and I refused to take the car home, it's now been 3 weeks and I still dont have my car!

    I wouldn't recommend Nationwide Crash Repair Centre to my worst enemy, and thats right only one star you can't submit this review with non, but thats what they deserve. As regards value for money I would gladly pay more for a decent job. This was a couple of repairs one insurance based and one i was paying for. the insurance based one was fairly simple as it was just a bumber replacement and required no bodywork.     My car was repaired at the Nationwide Crash Repair Centre in Sale, Manchester. The service was appalling. I was advised that the repairs would take 7-10 days - it took 7 weeks!! The staff were evasive and unhelpful when I contacted them and continually fobbed me off with dates for the completion of the repairs which were not met.

    Brilliant service, staff very very helpful, car came back clean and hoovered, manager very keen to advise and help at every stage. No complaints at all 5 star service from Nationwide Crash Repair Centre.

    my car was sent to the bridgend nationwide crash and repair center

    whilst my car was in for a week a number of items from my car had been stolen cigarette lighter, the buttons to control the air flow horn not workin and bonnet would not shut.

    i rang nationwide and spoke to the manager he informed me that none of his employees are thiefs and that its likely that kids or someone have climbed the fence at night. why wasnt my car locked and secure??????? absolutely disgusting.. never use nationwi ...

    I was reluctant to use Nationwide crash repair again to fix my car, however, i was told that they had recently been pas125 approved (i think that was it) which i thought would be a load of rubbish but my car was back to me within 6 days after heavy side damage and i was kept well informed as well as given a courtesy vehicle which was delivered by a very attractive young lady. Always helps. Only downside was that i didnt like the scented air frshner that was put into my car. ha ha.

    My car was taken to the branch Nationwide Crash Repair Centre in Norwich. I took almost three weeks to repair my car but they kept me informed about progress. I was able to view what was done on website as well. My car looks as out of showroom. Good job and great customer service.

    A half day quote to replace a bumper has now turned into a 2 week repair,i have been constantly told varying reasons why this has happened ,i got my insurer and claim company involved and they have both been told differing excusesi would never use this company again,my car is still in the local branch simply needing a new bumper fitting,so if you do not want to be told a whole load of garbage dont ever take your car to Nationwide Crash Repair Centre.

    My local branch of Nationwide Crash Repair Centre had a really bad communication,phone goes to answerphone but if you leave a message your call is not returned.
    Courtesy car was delivered late an filthy dirty inside and out.
    It seemed that the previous occupant had been to the local tip and left some of their rubbish in the car. So far they have had my car five days to replace a rear bumper. The first excuse was that the wrong bumper had been delivered. Also unable to get into their tracking sy ...

    I was involved in a accident on the 19th of January of this Year ,no fault of mine. The garage came and took my car no problems, and was quite impressed with the speed of which they came. Now it is the 22nd of April and i still have no car. Now i would not mind but the excuses they keep coming up with are bizarre and quite frankly and load of crap. There was a lot of damage to my car when it went it, so guessed it would take a good few weeks to put right, but this is taking the biscuit.

    my car was taken to nationwide repair center in loanhead. not only were the repairs to my car not completed upon return the garage actually additional damaged my car!! there was scratches on the paintwork and my dash was damaged. when i complained the delightful manager was grumpy, non apologetic and had an appalling attitude. i finally had to get an independent inspection and my car was finally repaired 3 months later.     I had my car repaired at a Nationwide crash repair centre. In my opinion the paintwork was really poor, as well as the courtesy car. I am now looking into getting the repairs resprayed elsewhere to put the work right.
    The 3 days estimate turned into 2 weeks.

    Where do i start? My Mercedes went into the Nottingham branch of Nationwide crash repair centre for repair, it was gone a month then came back in such a mess. The arial had been snapped off ,c.d didnt work,airbag lights on indicators sounding in the speakers, but not actually working,it was full of dust,lights not working,central locking was banging.It was a complete disaster.What ever you do dont use this company. My car is still in the workshop being put right !!
