Good Points: Wonderful hotel. Was once a palace and it shows!!! Superior room with Arno river view has 30 foot high ceilings.
Bad Points: Under rated. Some websites give this one 2 starts others give it 4 1/2. I would say it is more toward the 4 1/2
General comments: Staff are friendly and willing to assist with the littlest of details. The Bretagna Hotel is in a truly romantic setting. Ask for a room with the view of the Arno river. It would be a waste if you didn't. The sunset and sunrise is breathtaking. 5 stars
