Paid for phone and the phone got lost when transporting to a different state in Australia. Admitted mistake but refuses to return money or deliver phone. Near impossible to get through the call center and never returns calls or emails. Now I have to go through a long and drawn out process with credit card company and consumer protection and possibly a small claims court to get the money back, with no guarantees. WILL NOT HONOUR YOUR PURCHASE/CONTRACT. (read more)

Terrible company. i got the code quickly but it never worked. i would repeatedly get the message "code error; please wait ...". i have phoned them and no one ever answers. i left a message, no one has returned my call. terrible service i will never again visit this website and will warn people of this scam. i wish i had read more reviews before doing business with this terrible company. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Wish I was here before and read about this scam site. Paid $22.95 AUD in order to unlock my LG mobile. After two days an unlock code was email which turned out to be FAKE. Tried to contact through support center and was asked to provide video proof. So, a video evidence sent to the seller. But even after waiting for several days, there's no answer at all from seller's side. Be aware of this fraudulent SCAM WEBSITE!!

If I could give UniquePhones (unlocking.com) a zero I would. In my opinion this organization is a fraud/scam and I only wish I had checked reviews before spending money. Every day, they adjust their status page to push the delivery date out another day or two. You'll never get there. Minimal and bad service and the only way you'll get a phone number is through the New York BBB that rates them "F". They never answer the phone anyway. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with Unique Phones.
I purchased a unlock code for my blackberry. They promised a 'premium' service which will deliver my code within 24 hours. The code did not arrive until after 7 days later. I canceled my purchase because it didn't arrive after 3 days, but they said I can't cancel and get refund because I agreed to the terms. But they did not comply to their terms with the '24 hours premium' service. After I canceled it, the codes arrived. I entered both codes...

Probably a fraudulent company. They will not refund my money even though they were unable to provide any service. Have tried for several weeks to resolve this issue. Have now contacted PayPal for assistance and have also notified the authorities.

Save you time and money and get it unlocked somewhere else!
Extremely poor online costumer service, very incompetent!
Seven days now and counting, I'm still waiting for the correct code.
I have provided photos of the serial/model number, error messages, and they still cant figure it out.
Calling Visa now and reporting them as a fraud. I know it's only $10 but still.

After purchasing, I received my unlocking code within an hour. Codes didn't work the first time and I emailed customer support. Received reply within a day, however you will need to do certain things to prove that you provided a valid IMEI number. After necessary procedures they sent another unlocking code within a day and it worked perfectly! Overall good and efficient customer service. Cheaper than getting your phones unlocked at other places. (read more)

Here all the services where more than 50.00 dollars, in uniquephones it was 10.00 dollars only. Unique Phones unlocked my blackberry storm with ease. I got the unlock code within minutes. The instruction given was very easy to follow. I have utilized Unique Phones services several times to unlock BlackBerry's. Very efficient simple, secure process, easy checkout, and reliable service every time. I usually, received my unlock codes via email within 24 hours max and never once had one that did not work properly. After a long search for the unlocking of my phone, Unique Phones finally got the unlocking code from Samsung. The customer service department was in full contact at all times and as soon as I emailed to see how far they had got I had an instant answer.
I have used Unique Phones before in the past and have found them very experienced.
My other phone that I needed unlocking was a T-Mobile I emailed for a code sorted it all out on line and within a few hours my phone was up and running.

My Blackberry 8700c's jog wheel imploded (refuses to 'click' anymore), so I replaced it with an 8800 (GPS was the primary motivator) to tide me over until my contract ends. Had to unlock the phone though, and wasn't a customer with ATT so couldn't use them.
UniquePhones did a great job - really easy to use site, really great pricing ($10), and I had my code within, literally, minutes. Really great, efficient, useful, and cheap service. Got me up and running with the new phone in no time flat.

I saw their advertising on line and read their reviews, but was a little worried that i was not going to get was about to paid for; But felt to take a chance on their unlocking service.
Once started, their payment page was easy and instructions on how to unlock really took me by surprise! They have a huge listing instructions on how to unlock your mobile phone without any kind of hassle.

This is the second time I've used Uniquephones for my LG and HTC handset, and both times my phones have unlocked perfectly. The codes have been sent within the specified time and the phone call to confirm that this was my phone have been friendly.
There are some unlocking web sites that I've had problems with but I would certainly recommend Uniquephones and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, they can be trusted.
