I cannot believe that in this day and age, anyone would regard Linton Zoo an acceptable place to visit. We witnessed Leopards, the Panther and Tigers pacing up and down their extremely poor quality, and clearly too small cages in misery. One could argue that the animals don't know any better but surely the management of the zoo does. I took my son for his first zoo visit and was horrified. Never really thought about animal rights until today. Shame on you Linton Zoo.

Very dissapointed with the whole site, over grown cage's dark and dingey building's and same old stuff as what was there over ten years ago when i went. I am sorry but Linton Zoo is just a waste of money.- Read Guest's review (40 words)

The Zoo is set amongst fantastic gardens which gives a great view of the animals, watching a leopard with all sorts of exotic trees and flowers around you was brilliant.
The animals all looked in great condition and enjoying themselves even if it was sleeping for the adult lions! ;)
Great enclosures showing plenty of enrichment and things to do for the animals.I would rate their Rare Lemur Breeding Centre as one of the best in the country.

Fantastic zoo, the enclosures were suited to each animals need all of whom seemed perfectly content. The information signs were clear and interesting, the gardens were beautiful and great play areas for the children. With the Linton Zoo admission fee being that cheap compared to other zoos I was a bit apprehensive, but I'm so glad I went, infact I brought an annual pass and booked a keeper experience! Absolutely great value for money.- Read lucylu72's review (98 words)

Boring and dull - tiny enclosures and bored, miserable looking animals. The tamarinds were very cute and did appear to be in an appropriately sized cage. No staff about to answer questions, no map of the small park issued on entry. Enclosures, especially for the big cats, seemed very, very small. Information notices were often out of date, the tiger info referred to 2005!- Read SaraR's review (63 words)

Linton Zoo is better in the spring summer and Autumn months. Good for all the family. Nice variety of animals including some unusual ones too, most are in breeding programmes. Parking is in the zoo grounds and the zoo is easy to find by road. Great outdoor facility. Good value admission fee.- Read Guest's review (86 words)

Every time you go there are new and interesting things to do. It is varied and exciting to visit and I would visit it over and over. There are often babies which run and play in front of the visitors. Talks are interesting and informative.
I would visit here any day of the week. I would love to work here. It is a wonderful and interesting atmosphere with a friendly and happy team of workers. I love the tapiers the best! The babies are the sweetest!!- Read Guest's review (100 words)
