    Absolute Rubbish continually breaking down with the same fault and now its on but doesnt cool food thermostat fault wait a week for someone to come out its a joke truly awful product by a once fantastic company

    Don't buy a Hotpoint FF92P unless you win the lottery.
    I'm sure that basically the fridge is a load of cheap parts put together. Fridge thermostat has packed up 19 times in 5 years,the parts are getting more expensive than the thing cost.

    We have had this Hotpoint FF92P freezer for 6 years. Every year, in summer naturally, either the freezer part or the fridge breaks. This is due to thermistors failing. We have a warranty in place, otherwise I would have got rid of this heap of junk years ago. I would avoid this like the plague unless you have the world's supply of thermistors.

    The only positive I can take away from this Hotpoint FF92P is that I will not be buying another Hotpoint appliance ever again - good riddance of bad rubbish! I have had the Fridge for nearly four years and have had to call engineers out over 3 times each year! Freezer works ok, fridge packed in after 18months and we've been repairing it nearly three times a year ever since.

    Despite at least 10 visits from Hotpoint Engineers and complaints not able to resolve situation - who would buy Hotpoint! They are not willing to replace and despite extended warranty I am sick of having time off work to have Engineer's call only to find appliance still got same fault. Customer Services not helpful, would not recommend Hotpoint based on this experience.
