“Ripoff additional charges and poor customer service”

I writing about the online service which was terrible. I cannot speak for the stores because I haven't been to any. Shopping online from the UK I bought a dress for what i thought was £210. After I checked out, they charged an additional £78 in taxes and postage which was excessive. When we tried to return it for a refund because it was the wrong size, they would only refund £238 charging us twice for 'services and handling' even though we had to pay for the postage our end too! “Do not order from outside of US”

I ordered 3 items and paid a fortune in taxes to receive them which was not made clear when I ordered. I then returned 1 item and they kindly sent me DHL details to return it. My credit was then reduced by $44 to return 1 flimsy dress to the US. I could have posted it from the post office for around $10. I will never order from Nordstrom online again… Read Full Review

“Canadians DO NOT ORDER FROM NORDSTROM - slow and...”

Nordstrom online shopping for anyone outside of the US is TERRIBLE. DO NOT waste your time or money. I ordered one dress. It cost $20 to be shipped to me and now it will cost $35 to be returned. Buying and returning one dress from cost me $55. Imagine a store that charges you $55 just to try something on? and not to mention that it took 10 days to arrive, and the box was smashed and crumpled when it did.
