First time at the salon thought it would be an outstanding first class service. However receptionist was very cold and lost in her chit chat with other staff, rather than greeting New customers. Followed by the stylist who was slobbering and wiping his nose several times with the back Of his hands. He also reacked of cigarettes too. I attended a lovely day at New ID Studios in October, couldn't fault the day itself. My work collegue also attended a short time after, loved the day aswell! It has since come to light that my work collegue paid HALF the ammount i paid for the photos! We were told no discounts, they tried to use that as an excuse. If you, like me, have been onto the New ID website and thought how cheap the deals are and then balked at the price of the prints and thought no way, do not leave the site. If you go onto the individual makeover page you will find a link that takes you to a page that tells you about putting the money you want to spend on your pictures in deposit with them before you go and if you do that they match the amount and this makes the prints at New ID far more affordable. I went along because mainly because my daughter asked me to go with her after her friend backed out of going. The actual makeovers on offer are excellent but customer care is very poor and this will come back to haunt them ...no repeat business and no recommendations !!!
