    Good Points: Nice Looking Units


    Bad Points: Poor installers, poor quality control, poor after sales, poor communication.


    General comments: We were messed around during the installation due to poor fitting, we had numerous door fronts that were damaged, wrong worktop edge fitted, nobody came out to inspect the finished kitchen. Complaints were not dealt with swiftly enough.
    We were left without hot water over Xmas and New Year
    Wrong Oven was ordered and they refused to change it.
    Dishwasher was fitted so badly we couldn`t open it properly
    Kitchen fitter made several chips in base units.
    Overall we were very disappointed with the quality of the finish.
