Good Points: Cheap, simple.
Bad Points: I think its unreliable as it flooded our kitchen, found it difficult to get spare parts.
General comments: For us after only 6 months of use it gave an error message and refused to work, no explanation of error message in manual. After some investigation the base was found flooded, emptied it and cleaned all filters to get it working again. Same error would appear every time the filter got blocked - had to keep emptying it. Dish-water on new laminate; mop and bucket every time - not much fun. It finally gave up after only 18 months with a blue flash - can't get the right spare parts (similar to a Carlton CS2W) and I have no confidence in the design supposing it was fixed.
