Will this do any good, since order tracking does not progress to the next step and going to customer service by filling out a form is also a joke, when every time it is disabled. Ordered something on the 9th of April and it has not been delivered. I am turning this over to the BBB and consulting my attorney also. You can prove me wrong by delivering the item, otherwise shame on you (read more)

I was so excited that I had finally foung the IN STOCK back pack for my sons kindergarden year...yes, first book bag ever. Wanting him to be all that...I rapidly ran to a dependable local toy store to buy the matching lunch box. Now, I have a great lunch box, and a disappointed kindergardener...because he does not have a book bag, that I have payed for, and I am contacting the BBB first thing in the am with my email with no response records and reqeusting that the company cancel my order... I ordered a toy for Christmas for my son and it's been a couple weeks, NO TOY yet. Christmas is less than 2 weeks and I have contacted them every day for the last few days with no response. No one will reply, even when you try to check your order status it shows "No order found with that confirmation number". Clearly I'm not the only one getting scammed. Have to say that I had a positive experience. Ordered a toy that was not available at any other store on line and was told it was available at Toy Store Inc. I processed the order and then read all the negative reviews which made me skeptical. The order for the toy was put through on Friday evening and was delivered USPS on Monday. I guess that you cannot always listen to the negative and go with your gut or in this case the desperateness of wanting this particular toy. Just glad it worked... (read more)

Do not order from this place they don't have inventory control and still take your order. I order a lunchbag for my granddaughter and it was in stock at time but when she had not gotten it after a week, I checked the order status and came up blank. I would strongly urge people to look at there raings before buyin. (read more)

Ordered online. 3weeks, no delivery, no phone number, only email, contacted with no response. I advise never do business with a phoneless site and call to confirm before purchase. We may never get our son's christmas present and our only hope is to block charges. (read more)

I usually don't write reviews, but I am so irritated by this company I felt I should put one more warning out there against them. Toy Store, Inc. was VERY unprofessional in every way. First, I placed my order for the advertized Zune 80 GB, non HD music storage device and was sent the order confomration. 2 weeks later, when I requested information as to when it would ship, I was told that they did not want ot "waste my time" and cancelled my order on the spot. I will never again give them a chance to waste 2 weeks of my time and I would recommend anyone looking for any items they offer to buy from another, much more... (read more)

placed order 6-17 - sent 3-emails in reference to tracking & delivery date. was sent reply will get back to you, enjoy your day. Of course no responses as of today 6-22. I cancelled order by sending 2 e-mails and stated that if this company charges my credit card they will be in for a fight and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.This is the 1st time I ordered from this company & it certainly will be the last. I ordered this item on June 2, 2009. It was not in stock but a pre order. My Pay Pal account was charged anyway. The item has never shipped.
Toy Store Inc offered to credit my pay pay account and cancel the order on July 1, 2009. They have not credited my account and now Pay Pal won't intervene because more than 45 days have passed. So I'm out $14.95 plus teh $6.50 shipping. Do not, order from this company. I sure wish I had read some of the reviews before I ordered.

Ordered toy for grandson from Toy Store Inc. Received confirmation that it was sent but fedex said they have no record of this #. I pd. extra for expedited service thinking (silly me) that it would arrive in a timely manner. It appears that it will arrive-NEVER. Am contacting Paypal about this problem. (read more)

I received no replies to my e-mails from Toy Store Inc when I requested to know when my purchase would arrive after two weeks with no delivery. I ordered the toy on Dec. 10th and never received it. I also left a voice message and received no response. In fact, it seemed they would not respond to me until I filed a complaint with PayPal, then they suddenly had time for me. We ordered an Xbox 360 controller in early December, card was charged several days later, and its now 2 weeks later and I have received no package. Worse yet, I cannot seem to contact these folks by phone or e-mail. I've received no response to multiple requests for info as yet. Now that I've read multiple reviews on the web, I'm not surprised. I order stuff online all the time. NEVER have I had such a terrible, upsetting experience as I have dealing with ToyStoreInc.com. Thank goodness I called my bank and they cancelled the transaction and gave ME a credit. This happened right before Christmas too so all the toys I was relying on, will not come. (read more)

I am stuck in the same experience everyone here seems to be having. Ordered a toy. They took my payment. I received shipping confirmation, but I never received anything. I'm now going through my card issuer to dispute the charge. I would advise you to read the reviews here and on the other review sites. (read more)

I placed an order for a Ben 10 backpack with Toy Store Inc, which was in stock, 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything yet. I ordered an Easter gift for my daughter from Toystoreinc. they sent the item quick but it was the WRONG toy. they wold not take it back or send me the correct item. It was a waste of time and money. Guitar hero software I bought from Toy Store Inc arrived badly scratched. I've not, as far as I'm aware, had any response to emails. Since payment went through Paypal, it is challenging to organize a refund and I haven't yet gotten it. Would NEVER shop here again. I asked for a refund because the product wasn't shipped (I verified it with the post office) at 2:30 in the afternoon. They took it to the post office 10:37 that night and shipped it, charged the card and will not answer us or the credit card company back. (read more)

Similar problem to previous complaint. My credit card was charged on 12/6, and not only did I not receive the product or notice of shipping - I received an auto response to my e-mail inquiry, which hasn't followed up as yet. I could not find a published phone number either. If I don't hear from them in the next 24 hours I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. (read more)
