Items not delivered within the stated time period (5-7 days?), so I emailed them to see what was happening. They didn't have the items in stock. Thus, I asked for a refund. All of a sudden, the items are in stock (took them 2-3 days to respond to my email). 3 weeks and several emails (from me to them) later, still nothing. They completely ignored everything until I threatened them with legal action. All of a sudden I got a response and finally got my money back. Overall, their customer service was dire. No contact number for them either which was extremely frustrating.

Ordered replacement hubs which i expected to be delivered in 5 to 10 days. Emailed supplier after 15 days to find out why delivery wasn't made, he replied (after 3 days from mail) stating he didn't have the part from the supplier yet. Gave a additional 10 days with no response from Quickhubs. Sent mail to cancel order and request a refund. No response was made, sent another mail demanding refund, still no response. Now have to go through Trading standards/small claims court etc, just to get my £25 back.

In short:

Poor communication.

Poor customer service

Unreliable

Untrustworthy

DO NOT BUY!

QuickHubs website is dead easy to use. Some other sites take you all around their site before you can find what you want. not this

Ordered parts on Thursday pm from www.quickhubs.com and they arrived saturday am (2 days). I will definately use quick hubs again.

The QuickHubs website is real easy to use and the guy I spoke to on email was really helpful clarifying the information on my wheel trim which I was not sure was a part number. Was with me in 2 days as well! Happy days!

The items ordered took over 14 days to arrive and the only method of contact is via e-mail which they are slow to respond to.

Try the local Ford dealer first, only 2 days delivery and about 20% cheaper.

quickhubs.com is a simple to use website. Excellent customer service. I rang up because I wasnt sure about my part numbers. The bloke I spoke to was really helpful!
