Whilst the clamp is slightly awkward to fit, if fitted correctly it is very secure. I have tried prying the clamp off when installed, and if there is any movement it is not poor design on the clamps behalf, but poor installation. I have used the clamp on different size wheels and have found no problem. I do use the clamp a lot and have found it quite easy to fit now, but reiterating my first point, initially a bit awkward. My husband managed to fit it ok after some time of course. Very fiddly to put on. It has many parts to it and due to this we have lost the bolt so now it is useless. So if anyone has a broken one and would like to sell us the bolt please email tinkerbell.uk@virgin.net (read more)

I bought this on the advice of the Hobby dealer who said it was the best and that they had sold many of them. I cannot fit it successfully and after several attempts can still shake it off or expose the wheel nuts. In addition it is very difficult to install and cumbersome . Wish I had stayed with the Bulldog I had on a previous van. Complete and utter waste of money. The rubber protectors to save the wheel paint split after 2 attempts at fitting. The dealer even admitted he had never tried... (read more)

I bought my Nemesis clamp on line after reading the write-up in Towsures catalogue. I thought I was buying the top of the range clamp for my caravan. Last night the caravan was stolen. Looking at the clamp that was left behind, I can see how very easy it is to cut the steel holding the large pin in place. I would definitely not buy another one of these clamps, and would never recommend it to anyone else. (read more)

This is an expensive clamp that looks the part however the claims of it being easy to fit are inflated to say the least. It has been an expensive mistake and it will be on eBay shortly. (read more)

I removed this sold secure nemesis wheel clamp in less than 20 seconds using a pry bar. When my caravan was stolen, the only thing left was the Nemesis wheel clamp. I saw SOLD SECURE on the item so I assumed that it was a quality item. The item is made of mild steel and in my opinion has very poor quality welding on it. I paid over 100 for this lock that I now think is worthless. Looks great but did not do the job for me. If you have a caravan, I do not recommend this wheel clamp. (read more)

Billy, sorry to hear about your experience, I have found in my time as a tester of motorcycle security products (only me, I test for Almax) that Sold Secure doesn't actually stand for much nowadays. Have a look on Youtube for Sold Secure and see what kind of rubbish they are passing for motorcycles, you may be shocked, even after your experience.
