    This is an online retailer that states items are in stock when they are not. They tell you to contact the manufacturer direct when you do not receive the goods and accept no accountability whatsoever.

    The only thing Kitchen Science did really quickly is debit the credit card, when they had no idea when we would receive the goods.

    I find it difficult to believe brands such as Simple Human let on-line retailers that add no value whatsoever to their product line represent them. Any partnership with this outfit isn't going to do any manufacturer good in the long term ....

    I purchased a small kitchen appliance which had been hard to find in the stainless steel version. The price was absolutely brilliant - I had found the best price to be £78 and that was for the black plastic version, the one I wanted was about £100. It was about £68 on the website but I found a 5% discount on the 'offers' page of the website. Postage was free which was fantastic!

    Bit boring really. Ordered on website (their price was cheapest by a good margin). Goods were delivered on the day specified with the driver telephoning an hour in advance so you don't have to sit in all day. Very careful delivery service. They unpacked, checked for damage brought it in and took the old one away. They take the packing away with them too.

    Perfect experience overall.

    Highly recommend.

    I was unsure at first to buy from the online company, it was only after asking another comapny to price match...who declined!!! that I placed the order, I phoned first to chat about the products and found very helpful staff.The products were delivered direct from the makers. The couriers were brilliant too,telephoned in advance and took all the packaging away . Fanastic comapny and helful staff.

    Ordered through their web site, got £24 using a discount code on their site, then got another £24 off through quidco cash back.
    Comet could not deliver for almost 3 weeks, not what you want to hear when you need a new washing machine yesterday. kitchen Science could deliver 3 days later (£6.90)ordered it, got a call from their delivery team that they would be with me within the hour, arrived, unpacked took the packing away....Suberb.

    Never, ever again. Kitchen Science.com - The Ryanair of Kitchen appliance sales. Customer service that appears to work on the premise that all customers are stupid/liars or at the very least trying to pull a fast one.     Never, ever again. I'm a reasonable man but Kitchen Science UK have a customer service policy from the dark ages.     I have just received delivery of my new fridge from Kitchen Science , i have to say ordering from this site was a pleasure . the fridge was the cheapest price i could find for this particular model. Communication was excellent ,by email and text. The item was ordered on saturday ,the money left my account on tuesday and delivery was spot on the 3 hour time frame given on wednesday . I would not hesitate to order from this company again!!!

    A little concerned buying on line. But site perfectly safe. Lots of information given to me on phoneline, by friendly guy. A very large saving made on both purchases, compared to all other sourced shops. But most important-- delivery was considerably shorter.Both items delivered within the 7 days of ordering.Would highly reccomend Kitchen Science and would purchase again.

    WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND. OTHER COMPANIES JUST AS CHEAP BUT BETTER REVIEWS. WISH I HAD CHECKED REVIEWS FIRST.

    I waited weeks for delivery , then the company delivering did not call to confirm, as I was advised they would, then they couldn't redeliver for over a week. Kitchen Science UK said they would refund my credit card on the 29th July 2009, and on 5th September 2009 I am still waiting.

    Found the item at a reasonable price, as discount brought it down below Comet.
    Placed order. Wasn't too happy that payment was taken almost immediately - most companies now only charge when items are dispatched.

    I found Kitchen Science UK to be the cheapest price on web. Free delivery within a week. Easy ordering on website. Delivery on time with call beforehand to check. Call-centre quick and polite. Could not fault their service.

    We were really delighted with the service we received from Kitchen Science from start to finish. I rang and ordered over the phone and was offered an additional 3% discount on a new Hoover washer dryer. The machine was already over £100 cheaper than in a couple of the major high street retailers, so the price was a real bargain.     This was the worst service, I ever experienced .... Indeed being on a business trip, I wanted to place an order from Switzerland..
    First it was almost impossible to call Kitchen Science from abroad and when I had someone online, It took me over 45 minutes to place a simple order of two items (Fridge-freezer and an electric cooker).     After accepting my order and agreeing a delivery time, they then told me 3 days later they could not honour my delivery and it would be a week late.
    We decided to cancel as the new kitchen would be fitted the following week. Our fitter then told us he could come back and install the fridge (plumbing required) a week later. Telephoned Kitchen Science to re-order and they said the original order had not been processed so they would just re-instate the old one.

    Ordered a Hotpoint washing machine on a Thursday and was given a delivery date of the Monday. On the Monday the driver arrived, but realised just after they left that it was the wrong machine (a washer drier). As I had tossed the old machine into a skip when they said they were on their way, I now had no machine. Called them and they promised delivery of the correct item on Thursday.     I ordered my new dishwasher on Saturday 4th July from Kitchen Science UK and chose my delivery date for the following Friday 10th . I was a bit dubious as I had read the reviews but decided to give it a go . I can honestly say I have no complaints what so ever. The item was delivered on time I had the phone call on the morning as promised and the item came about an hour later.

    I was a little concerned about ordering from Kitchen Science after reading the reviews on this site, with the number of people who had experienced problems, But as most of the problems were with delays and I was in no hurry I thought I would take a chance. Their price was very competitive and delivery was free. I ordered my dishwasher on May 19th and It was out of stock but came direct from Zanussi and arrived on the 26th May.     I had reservations about using Kitchen Science after reading the reviews on this site, but as most of the complaints were on late delivery and I was not in any hurry I took a chance. Their prices are extremely competitive and have free delivery. I also had another 5% off by using the code from my vouchers website.
