    best internet store. if you know how to shop online that you will find a really good use of this website. however not happy with delivery company (they are using home delivery network). on my birthday delivered my own purchased present 3 days later( i selected to be delivered on exact day, so you pay more) saying that couldn't find the property when a week earlier they delivered to me with no problems, another time they didn't bother to ring the bell or leave parcel with concierge (I mentioned them to leave at reception). but the website by itself is excellent.

    It took me over a month to find the right treadmill which had everything I wanted and for the right price. So far, Littlewoods Direct is the only company I found who offered free delivery. I read all the reviews on this product and I agree that you must be very careful that you don't sever the cable that connects the time and distance display unit on the front of the treadmill.Dynamix Motorised Treadmill is an excellent product and value for money.     I am in dispute with Littlewoods Direct over a broken dishwasher. It broke (and leaked all over my laminate floor which had to be taken up and re-laid) within 6 months of the machine being delivered to me (purchased on 17th Jan 09, delivered on 28th Jan 09 and I reported it broken on 22nd July 09).

    The worst company I have ever had to deal with. They advertise Buy now pay later scheme - two months after I have the product they decide to inform me that due to an error on their system they should never have offered the item on that scheme and are now charging me 46% apr, and that I am two months in arrears on payments.

    Undoubtedly the worst web retailer around.Thought I'd bought a cooker in their sale with three day "express"delivery- even have the confirmation receipt and emails to prove it. Having not received any information further regarding delivery, duly gave them a call. Turns out my order was not processed because I had paid up in full, apparently going through the Verisign process is no good for them and the system could not cope.     My order was rejected with Littlewoods Direct due to some credit card problem. This is not unusual but it is generally resolved by a phone call from the supplier. I received no notificiation so I called them a week after my order was placed. After a lot of messing around (including a call centre who said I needed to contact Littlewoods Direct - even though I had called Littlewoods Direct) I finally got through to a rude operator who basically threatened me with their fraud squad ...

    Very Poor Product Delivery Service. Littlewoods Direct dont have the product but kept on postponing the delivery date. Even after 10 days of ordering the delivery there was no symptom of availability of the product. No other way, needed to cancel the order.

    I will never order from Littlewoods Direct again and I canceled the present order as well. They failed to deliver on the arranged date. I stayed at home the next day but my microwave didn't show up. I canceled my order because I can't afford to take another day off work.

    2nd April - My partner said she would like a 'glider chair' for the garden. I suggested that best to get it now and use it rather than wait for our summer when a brolly would be more use!

    I would like to see more styles that cater for everyday use and perhaps see more that would suit slightly more mature women. Some of the fashions in this respect would be perfect if the choice of a slightly longer lenth were provided. Wish I were younger!

    Really like what Littlewoods Direct have to offer and all the useful reviews and tips and it is refreshing to see how honest they are - Even able to see the grumbles! Love it

    Ive try to order 4 different items and they are all out of stock
    Very disappointing considering its the first time ive tried to order out of the catalouge.Therefore I do not recommend Littlewoods Direct.com
