Good Points: Good site, easy to use, cheap, fast delivery.
Bad Points: Warranty returns
General comments: Ok as long as you don't need something replacing under warranty. That's when the problems start. Sony Style say the warranty is managed by Sony and push you to another phone number. Sony say that Sony Style manage their own warranties and push you back. After three months of phone calls and e-mails I finally get told by Sony Style that they'll actually take ownership of the issue and will order me a replacement as a goodwill gesture. Guess what - that doesn't turn up. After another fortnight I get told that there have been delivery problems due to the bank holiday (which was nearly two weeks after the replacement order was place so totally irrelevant argument). After further non-delivery I get told that as it's a 'goodwill' replacement it has to be authorised by two managers. Apparently the two managers have authorised it but for some reason the IT system won't release it. - I'll let your form your own opinion on that. The supervisor I'm talking to says they'll go down to the onsite shop and put some in the post personally and phone me back the next day to confirm it's done. Do they phone back - erm - NO, not yet. When I call he's not available and am told he will phone back. Does he phone back - NO. Do the goods turn up NO.Will I buy from here again - I doubt it.
