Ordered Nikon D5000 bundle online on Monday late morning. It was delivered just after lunch on Tuesday, well packed, all contents exactly as ordered.
Tied to the best price on the market,a perfect product with next day delivery, I couldn't ask for any more. However it's how you perform when the customer is not happy that makes the difference. So far, so good!

The single worst company I have EVER dealt with placing and online order! "Same day dispatch next day deleivery" is a complete lie...trading standards need to be informed. I orders monday morning, still waiting now (thursday) tried to cancel the order but was told it was already shipped, the following day i was told it is NOT shipped but will be that day, next day guess what...still not shipped!! Avoid like the plague they are terrible.

I bought a Panasonic camera form these guys about 12 months ago. Whole ordering and delivery was fine. Now things have turned bad. Firstly it was a grey import, so now that I have a problem with the camera, Panasonic don't want to know about it.
So I'm thinking that's ok, they offer an additional year free of charge. Well not so lucky. My camera has been away for over 6 weeks with no updates or communication, and now it's fixed, they want me to pay for repairs!! Absolute joke of a company. Do no ...

Every review for this company seems to be either a dire 1 star or a glowing 5 star. I ordered my camera before I came across any reviews but fortunately my experiece has been of the 5 star variety.

Ordered my Sony HX1 after 4pm on a Friday, so wasn't expecting delivery until the following Tuesday. It duly arrived before 9am, UK model, complete and in perfect working order, all at a price far lower than anywhere else. What more could you ask for?

Two months ago I ordered a digital camera & spare battery. The goods arrived but the battery was fake and didn't work. I returned it and they sent me another battery but it was the wrong one. Still waiting - they've had my money for months and they simply do not respond to all my emails and phone calls. This company should quite honestly be banned from trading.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!

I MADE A PURCHASE FROM THEM, RECEIVED IT NEXT DAY. EVERYTHING PERFECT...THEN A WEEK LATER...BARCLAYCARD REPORT A DECLINED PURCHASE WHICH HAD BEEN ATTEMPTED FRAUDULENTLY. I HAVE NEVER USED THIS CARD BEFORE. MY BANK DEBIT CARD IS VISA SO I NORMALLY USE THAT. BUT AS I WAS SUSPICIOUS ABOUT THIS SITE I USED MY CREDIT CARD THIS ONCE AS I AM PROTECTED AGAINST FRAUD ON IT. I did order a camera from Camerabox about a month ago. Now I realized that my Visa information was used to pay some Internet poker games (250$). This Information has to be leaked from my order from camerabox because my Visa card was new (only two days "old" when I placed the order) and I haven't used it in other orders etc. before or after.

But I did get my order as promised and everything else went smoothly... But can't recommend it, not safe!

I decided to give Camerabox a go mainly based on price but also the fact that they were advertising themselves as a family firm, were aimed at professionals and they did next day delivery, but importantly to me, next day before 9am.

I needed a Nikon Converter at short notice and Camerabox came in at about £40 cheaper than the next lowest price, so I ordered.

Then I read the reviews here and groaned! but I needn't have worried, I got an email from Camerabox saying delivery was on the way. ...

I know there are a lot of poor reviews for this store on reviewcentre but I'm glad I didn't check before ordering! I bought a Sanyo Xacti CG10, at least £30 cheaper than anywhere else, alongside an SD card (not the cheapest) and a mini tripod. Delivery was £7.99 but worth every penny as delivered by DHL the following day, exactly as stated on their website.

You can't completely rule out all the lower scores on reviewcentre, camerabox clearly have some issues around service, web st ...

After being quite suspicious of this supplier (from reading the negative reviews online) i decided to call them because the price was just too good to miss.

I called them to make sure the item was in stock and a few more questions to ensure the genuinity of the product and the shop. They were very friendly and helpful.

I made my order online. They called me at about 6.30pm that evening to double check my address details because i supplied 2 addresses (one for delivery and one for billing) and ...

Spent a week looking for the best deal, no one came close as the SD Card was 8GB and a Class 6, I emailed them with a question, i phoned with a couple more, i then ordered after 5pm on a Tue and it was delivered Wed 1pm. Fantastic Service All Round 5*****

Don't trust this company. The live stock indicators is a lie. I checked stock and was told that 27 units were available yet had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. The stock is US import as it has NTSC playback not PAL. It also includes a plug adapator as the chrger is a US twin pin. The stock is not UK as the company advertises. These company can not be trusted, do not use them.

Stay away from Camerabox. I ignored the bad reviews and paid for it.

I am having a nightmare with this company. I placed an order for a Nikon battery grip on a next day before 12 on 1st Oct 09 and had no delivery a week later. I was told that CityLink sent it to the wrong depot then it vanished off the face of the Earth. I was then told by Camerabox that I would take delivery a few days later and again nothing came. I gave up and asked for my money back after well over a week of it not turning ...

Order not received next day when I asked they said it had been depatched but they could not get hold of carrier. When I phoned carrier they had no parcel coming to my address. Received camera next working day with depatch date of the day I phoned chased them. Box had been opened and note said manual to follow.

The manual I received was a bad photocopy nearly impossible to read after chasing they sent me a second photocopied manual. I am still months on waiting to recieve a original manual but ...

Please never shop here. Terrible shop. Website promised item in stock, but it wasn't. Still waiting a week later for 'next day delivery' also promised on website.

NEVER AGAIN - Ordered from their website that claimed item was in stock for next day delivery.(they make a big deal of their "live stock" website). 5 days later am still waiting for it. No-one cares when you ring and complain, and they are still showing item as "in stock" on their website

Having read some poor reviews for Camerabox is was with a certain amount of tredipdation that I clicked on "Confirm Purchase" - I need not have worried.
I can only say that my experience was exemplary. I ordered at 8.45 on Wednesday and the camera arrived before 13.00 the next day.
I got a call from customer service on the day of odering to ask a security question to check the different billing and delivery addresses and almost immediately thereafter, an e-mail to confirm dispatch.

My Husband bought me the canon to replace my stolen camera. The price was right and a good bundle. The camera arrived within the time specified by the company. The only problem was that the charger came without the power wire. I called customer service they were very helpful, and told me they will send the right charger. This should arrive soon.

I brought from these a Nikon MB-D80 as I thought with the next day delivery if I ordered before 6pm & they werent affected by the forth coming postal strike that they would be ideal.. How wrong could I have been.

I did a lot of searching of the web to try find out about where to get the best deal on the Canon camera. Camerabox certainly had the most attractive price and so I placed an order on Friday evening.
