Quick to answer emails and give advice. Well packaged, good value and prompt delivery. Good service, would recommend. Difficulty getting through on phone, but good communication by email.

Emailed Fotosense to check stock on Camera, Spare battery and SD cards.
Reply arrived early Monday 25th Oct confirming stock.
Phoned them to double check stock and placed the order at about midday.
Parcel arrived 10am today 26th Oct.
Staff pleasant and helpful on phone. Have goods in my hand.
Not the absolute best bundle price, but I'm more than satisfied with the service.

Ordered item from Fotosense.co.uk on 19/08/2009, advised next day by email that supplier was awaiting stock, but manufacturer could not give a firm date for re-supply, and full refund offered. A quick online & phone check of 8 UK Billingham stockists revealed ALL were in same position re this particular item so did not cancel order (Fotosense had best price)! Still unimpressed!!!
After 16 days I'm still waiting for my card to be refunded for goods that I cancelled. Was told item was on the way when they didn't even have it in stock despite, being told over the phone that it was in stock. My next call will be to Trading Standards. The worst online company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a filter which was identical to one on Warehouse Express but a whopping £30 cheaper. It arrived next day, less than 24 hours after ordering. I have no complaints at all but am very concerned about ordering again after reading about their stock issues. The could do themselves a huge favour by addressing this problem. The problem may be down to the fact they have a walk-in store and may be selling stock to walk-in customers that is earmarked for online orders

Excellent service on telephone and delivery of camera ahead of estimated delivery date. Also excellent value of product and not a 'grey import'. would come back again. Recommended!

I had no clue of what to get was and guided through to a simple camera that I really like! I even got one of the bundle deals as I found FotoSENSE really good value compared to other sites. Received on time and in excellent condition.

It's the third time i've used FotoSENSE and i've always had good service. They offer really good prices and fast delivery. The staff on the phone
are always helpfull and give really useful advise. Not many companies i've used can offer this. I will use again and again because i can always reply on
them being cheap and fast.

I was a bit nervous about using an online company having heard some stories and read reviews about other camera stores

As a professional within the Photography industry it's very important for both my reputation with my clients and financially that i use

Bought my fisrt camera from fotosense back in 2004 and i've recently upgraded to a new model this week. The reason i returned to fotosense
was because they offered me really good advice first time around and it was a bonus that they were also the cheapest online. After reading
some reviews on here i was surprised that some customers had marked them so low but i knew they offered great service first time around and

I read some reviews for this company and I wasn't all that sure about ordering from them because the reviews were pretty poor with very few good reviews.

I emailed them to confirm they had the item in stock, then again to check it would be sent out the day I decided to order it, both emails were replied to exceptionally quickly!!

I ordered it yesterday at 12 midday and it arrived today at 10:15am

It's sites like this that give purchasing online a bad name.

Even though they mention "In stock" on their website this would appear to have no relevance.

After a few days when I order 2 items (in stock) and still hadn't received a shipping confirmation I rang them up only to be told that one of the items was out of stock and would be due in a few days.

couldnt give FotoSENSE zero stars using this form. otherwise i would have.

ordered . after a week no item and no reply to numerous emails. called the telephone number for 3 days at various times of the day with no answer. do not order from this company. credit card company said i will have to dispute this item which could take 90 days and unsure if i can get my money back.

I ordered a filter from FotoSENSE Ltd , got the continual runaround on when the item could be delivered seeing as I was first told it was in stock then suddenly it wasn't. Now they've debited me for the item and tell me it won't be in for another TWO months! I've already been waiting over a month!!! Completely unacceptable.

I ordered 2 item from the fotosense website on 9th of April, both or which were shown as being in stock.When nothing has arrived by 21st April I emailed fotosense and despite a promise of a 24 hour reply I am still waiting for a reply to this email.I called the office on 23rd April and after a considerable time on hold I got through, explained the situation and was promised a return call. In the end I had to inform Barclaycard that the money had been taken from my account even though I had waited a month, requested cancellation of my order, and had not received replies to my emails.

Barclaycard promised to take action.

My money was then refunded; over a month after I made my order.

I will never buy from this store.

Ordered the Tamrac 5588 Expedition 8x Backpack from FotoSENSE Ltd that was in stock when ordered after 2 weeks phoned and spoke to someone in sales asked where the bag was they said they had new stock in and would be sent out immediately. I have not received it yet.
