    Quite a no frills service with goods arriving in pretty plain envelope. Mind you as only buying tights there is not much excitment you can inject in the process.

    Overall thoughts are that simple, reliable and a very good range of tights. Certainly beats having to go to the shops which these days seem to have a smaller and smaller range of good quality tights.

    I have used tightsplease a few times and they provide a very good no fuss service. They stock the brands I buy, they send them and its pretty straight forward. One nice touch is that they put the items in a few packages for large orders so that they fit through letterboxes. Stops those dreaded cards you get from your postman which drive me potty! All in all a very good service

    Tights Please is a really simple site that makes it easy for me to order my tights. If you are in the UK they have free delivery and my order turned up within 2 days. The package it turned up in was quite plain but the service couldn't be faulted. My legs were very grateful!

    They had a very very good range, much more than the shops. Also things arrived quickly and had free delivery.

    I have used this site quite a few times and they have always been good value with a large range of really good products. Will continue to use tightsplease.co.uk as they have been excellent so far.

    Bought two pairs of Wolford tights from Tights Please - both perfect, delivered quickly and in packaging that fits through the letterbox. Good prices and fast delivery

    I will never use tights please again!I never received my order, but I was told that no refund or replacement would be given until 10 working days after dispatch.I asked for a refund, but instead was sent a replacement pair.When the pair finally arrived, they were a revolting colour, and looked rather different to the colour swatch online, I thought.As they charge a £2 'Handling Fee' for returns, I won't bother sending them back.

    They sent a pair of ankle socks instead of over the knee. I had to break packaging to find this out. Reading their returns guidelines, I discovered they say they won't necessarily refund if packaging isn't intact and may even charge you a 1.99 handling fee (nothing about your return postage costs). They only offer the right service (i.e. refund postage and charge you nothing) for faulty goods. I think they need to include 'and goods we sent you in error' in this category.

    The biggest disappointment ever. Not only their measurements were wrong but the tights I've received were faulty. Obviously now the parcel is open so there is nothing I can do about. What a shame I couldn't see that they were damaged through the package wrr.
