    A lady called Sarah very rude on the telephone and hung up on me when i tried to enquire about when i would recieve my refund.

    We bought Snug pocket memory mattress for £350 in may 2008, and so far havent really have a good night sleep! very soon ( in 2 months) the mattress became very soft and we wake up in the middle of the night feeling unconfortable, painfull lower back and joints. The mattress does not provide enough support and we are wondering if there are any pocket sprungs at all. As I can't remember being told that the garantee form have to be printed and send back within 60 days of purchase, we assume ...

    Snug Matresses offer excellent value for money (SNUG SUPER20 ), fantastic to sleep on! Great service and next day delivery. Excellent mattress even better than expected.

    The Snug Mattress company were a pleasure to deal with.Great customer service - very well informed and very friendly staff, and best of all honest staff.When they were not completely sure about one question/answer they said "hold on, I need to check/confirm this"; there was no sales blah blah, just solid info.

    Delivery went smoothly. The packaging was brilliant - very secure, yet easy to open. It was a real pleasure to see/feel the properly vacuum packed mattress gently, yet immediately expan ...
