    Good Points: cabin and restaurant staff were very nice


    Bad Points: overpriced trips, which you had to pay again to make your way back. No acknowledgement of complaits, msc will not respond alIthough I have complained on several occassions.


    General comments: The cruise was very disappointing, we were not catered for at all, announcements were not even made in English most of the time so we were left unaware of what was happening. A cruise line which sold to europeans to fill cabins msc did not care what type of holiday we had this is reflected in their customer care or lack there off. This company is going to be operating out of the uk this year my advise is until they are more professional dont use them. If you have a complaint they will not deal or talk to you.
