Good Points: Clean. Good cabin service. Good formal restaurant service. Good food.
Bad Points: Crew smoke on deck in guests presence. Damage of luggage - several guests complained.
General comments: Our luggage was badly damaged and insurance company is not effective. Entertainment offered was not for all guests. Cruise director did not not respond ( 2x) after requesting an interview, however the travel agent forward my complaint to MSC one week ago. Had no response yet. Good overall experience on the MSC, Rhapsody
