Good Points: Good selection of food
Bad Points: Very poor dining room, service waited 40 mins for main course at dinner, food was cold
General comments: Fred Olsen Black Watch, why do we have to pay a fuel surcharge for a cruise booked in June 2008, sailing on the 21st December 2008 when the fuel is cheaper now than it was when we booked. My sister booked the same cruise in November and paid no surcharge. There seems to be no allowance for booking early. We will not sail with Fred Olsen again.
