    Good Points: Good itinerary.


    Bad Points: The Island Star is A disgrace. Dirty stained carpets in corridors and stairs. Food was boring and the fish was tough. By day 12 there was no butter left. Plastic crockery in the 24hr restaurant. Cereal was ok if you liked cheap brand corn flakes, sugar coated corn flakes or sort of rice crispies. That was all there was on offer. Bacon was so fatty we couldn't find the meat. Restaurant staff didn't always wear gloves.Not enough sun loungers because people put towels on them and the staff did nothing about it. The customer relations staff and the shore excursions staff need training on how to speak to customers.


    General comments: This was the worst cruise line that we have experienced. The toilets flushed sometimes. We couldn't use anything electrical in the cabins. Eg. Phone charger, Battery charger, Hair dryer. There were no tea making facilities in the cabins. The TV was not remote control, and there was nothing on to entertain children. No one bothered if you sanitized your hands when entering a restaurant, or even when we'd been ashore and were boarding the ship. One of the lifts was always out of order. All the captain seemed to be bothered about was getting up on the stage to entertain instead of running his ship. the food was only just passable. In the Island restaurant, when laying the table for the next guests, they only replaced the cutlery that the previous guests had used. We will definitely NOT be cruising with this company again.
