I think that Merry Hill Shopping Centre could be a bit more tidy and could do with some of the cracked tiles removed and replaced. But overall it is a very good standard of service. It is very large and you can find all your shopping needs there. It is sometimes tidy but I do not like the amount of people there at any one time. I like it because it has a very large area and you can finds lots of things there. I would have liked to have known before my purchase on how it would have fitted my personality. It was a great time butcould have done with less people there at any one time as I said earlier in my review! One thing that I am not happy about is the toilets I am not happy with amount of Privacy you get.

A new private company have taken over car parks at Merry Hill Shopping Centre, parking tickets now being issued for the first time ever. If you don't park in a bay or outside the white lines you may get a ticket. New signs have gone up but I don't think they are very noticeable.- Read Guest's review (67 words)

I find that the shops are relatively small and rarely have all the stock that is on the shop's website or in other bigger stores in the area (in the Birmingham Bullring for example).
I think there should be more places to give directions, the electric things that do this are often out of order and people are messing around on them and these people should be moved on by security.
The car park counting system doesn't seem to work properly and doesn't count the amount of cars on each level accurate ...- Read Guest's review (124 words)

I went shopping to Merry Hill on Saturday 2nd February 2008. I arrived at 9.45 and parked by MFI which was empty. I sat and looked down at the car park below, by Toys Are Us, which was also half empty. I was tempted to move my car and then decided I was being idle and that I should walk. After completing my shopping (spending £150) I returned to my car at 12.45, only to find I had been landed with a parking ticket for £60! The parking attendant came over and explained that there was ...- Read claire westwood's review (192 words)

Went to Birmingham the beginning of this year and ended up at Merry Hill shopping centre by accident. It's perhaps not as big as the Trafford Centre in Manchester, but still deserves a worthy notion due to its great design and spacious feel. There's plenty of shops to choose from, all they could do to improve is introduce free parking.- Read Black Ghost 7's review (69 words)
