    Like everyone is saying this site is a scam and needs to be shut down. No customer service and terrible renting like everyone says stay away from this sit at all cost's just go buy the game it would be cheaper and less of a pain in the ass!

    I signed up for GameMine and I am happy with it. I rent PS3 games, DS games, and occasionaly Gamecube games fo my son. All the games so far have arrived within two days (I live in Florida where they have a shipment center in Delray Beach, Florida so my times may be faster than someone in California obvioulsy. They also have a center in NJ but so far all my games have shipped from Fl.

    This is a horrible site to rent games from. I read an earlier review that I am having similar issues with. I returned two games at the same time. It took a week to get there and it now claims that I have not returned one of the games. This is a sham to charge your card for games that they have indeed received. DO NOT RENT FROM GAMEMINE!!

    I would never recommend this site to anyone I cared anything about.

    Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Their delivery time is slow, title availability is limited, the website design is terrible with broken links and missing images, and customer service is non-existent.

    I wish I read all the reviews on this page before I signed for that darn Gamemine service. I have tried to e-mail them 7 times (during 7 weeks). I've lost my password, I can't get back on their website. I lost the darn return envelopes, so I can't even return the two games that my son got! Worst web experience I have in the past 12 years. Beware big time. I am calling my credit card company to stop the payments to this rip off.

    game mine is a horrible company. when I signed up there were so many games once I joined no games to choose from. First game took two weeks to get to me. They double charged me for my third month and there is no phone mnumber for help and they dont return emails I have been emailing them for over a week now. Please beware this company.

    Basicaly my complaint seems to be the same as others. NO 2x the speed, been a member for 4 months. sent Game Mine 4 emails concerning this with no reply.. And no phone number.

    Game Mine seems to be an ok rental site, however they will never reply to emails/issues have no phone number to call to contact them. Games disapear from your que at random and you have to re-add them. Supposedly they give you this 2x service but you never actually get it. been with them for almost 4 months now and will be canceling my service before the next billing period.

    This Game Mine service is useless. What is the point of a service that not only has no phone number but when you report a problem you wait 7 days for a response!!!! I signed up to directly compare their service to gamefly. I was not happy that I was not getting my top selection so I trhought I would try another service in parallel.     GameMine (registered in NJ as LAN Game Mine, LLC) is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with. No telephone number, no response to email, no response to the report system they have in place to report the game was not received. Nothing. A black hole of nothing in fact. To cancel the account, they want me to agree to pay them $50 for a game I've told them over and over I do not have. That is ABSURD!!!!     Avoid this service, usually 10-12 day turnaround to get new games. Also I tried to contact them to get a 2nd mailer (they shipped both games in one mailer.) but never got a response. My 2 months is up so I want to cancel but the cancellation page keeps returning an error. I am trying to find a phone number for them but no luck so far. Selection was not very good, several games I wanted are out of stock.

    Their selection seems to get better every week. Their customer service responds to all my emails within about 1 day. The 2x speed makes it feel like they are in the same town as me not 2 states away.

    When I signed up they did not charge me for their service until my first games arrived at my house. There was no free trial but that did not matter because my second month was free, unlike gamefly and the rest most of your free trial is used up waiting on the games to arrive. The 2x speed really cuts down on the mailing time, good luck getting that elsewhere.

    Best choice for PA, NY and NJ. Fast shipping. Second month free. Most game are available, check Gamefly or different renting website you'll see what i'm talking about. I was renting games from Gamefly for couple months, and was really disappointed now I'm satisfied.

    I have tried to contact them and ask about this service. Their phone does not work. They emailed me back and assured me that their certificate was good... just a slight error on their part. I returned their game and it has been 9 days... and my account shows no shipping of another game. ALSO, there is only one game on the site now... when I joined there were 100's.
    I have the game plan that is 1 out at a time for $12.95... they charged my account and 21 days have already passed and i do not hav ...
