Had to replace the motherboard once & me once at my cost.
HP Service Center in Sao Paulo, Brazil took 4.5 months to make one repair.
WLAN card replaced.
Hard drive replaced.
I never use this compu. without a cooling base. Excessive heat (110F) causes the Nvidea chip set to fail. Well known issue, several youtube videos to help people make mickey mouse repairs.
Broke again, not heat related. After making repairs worth US$500.00 in December, 10 not worth throwing good money after bad anymore.... (read more)
