Good Points: Quick delivery of DVD's. Easy to use website.
Bad Points: Sofacinema do not have enough stock, films in my opinion that are in your list for renting that are top priority are ignored for months whilst they send you others that you have listed as low priority as they like you to have at least 10 on your list at any one time. The customer service team are quick to answer but only ever with standard replies as far as I am concerned.
General comments: Waste of time, I had been waiting for Supernatural series 2 for months as far as I am aware, it was top of my list and it was never sent. I got in touch with Sofacinema customer services to ask if they actually had it and got a standard reply every month as far as I am concerned, ended up buying it off Amazon in the end as I got fed up waiting.
