    We have managed to reach dreams and memories after not being able to locate them for a year. It seems as though we can work with them to finish our video. We have received our raw footage and are reviewing it. Once we give them our input they said it should take about a week and a half to complete the final edit.


    The rating above is tentative as we have not yet receive our final video.

    We were married in 2005 and Dreams and Memories were great. Unfortunately not too long after the wedding my father died so we didn't get a chance to get our music (to go with video) to D&M for about year (our fault). We called several times over the last 4 years to find out about the video but they are not available. We paid over $3000 for the video edited and also the raw footage and we have received nothing.     Staff at Dreams and Memories was very sweet and kind on the day of the wedding and kind until they received payment and then would not return phone calls or emails. Our DVD does not work. They did not make the changes to our engagement CD where they made a spelling error. More was promised.. The website disappeared. Phone numbers do not work. We are coming up to our second anniversary and we are so disappointed that we were misled by a company that we thought we could trust.

    I have asked numerous times for the final edited version of DVD and have yet to be given it. Was married three years ago. JUST received the photos used for my slideshow - three years later.

    I thought that Dreams and Memories were great on the day of the wedding! Things took a bit of time on the production side of things, but I expected it after what happened.

    Dreams and Memories, Ontario website/email addresses are non existent. We have never experienced this kind of treatment before and have no idea how/when we will ever get our video from our wedding 7 months ago.

    I got married in September and no one will even write back to my emails. I don't know if my footage was lost but I have never been so unimpressed with any service that we paid as much for in our lives. They already have a few thousand dollars of ours and no decency to return a call. Purely unprofessional

    I had the most amazing experience with Dreams and Memories! They were awesome and was so helpful on our wedding day! We got all of our stuff in good time but I know that she got into a bit of a bind this year as she and her family had a HOUSE FIRE and lost everything.....that could be why she was hard to get a hold of...

    We have been waiting for over 1.5 years for our wedding album from Dreams and Memories and we still don't have it. We have sent over 25 emails; several without responses, and those with responses took weeks to be responded to. Got a glimpse of our album, and several things were wrong - cover, lines in faces, wrong inscription on inside cover...needed to be sent back to be redone. Book not sent back until over a month later and still waiting. Gave up and requested money back, and was told it wo ...
