    Bad Points: We were all inclusive but we found the food to be very bland, it seemed that we had the same food on a daily basis. Not as we expected, was looking forward to some tasty Eygptian food.
    Was not informed that we were entitled to a free bottle of water per day. We ended up paying for water.


    General comments: Everything about Grand Plaza hotel was superb, excellent service
    happy, helpful staff and very clean. Entertainment average.Clean rooms, excellent bathroom, good service.

    I would not return to this particular hotel. I went with my Husband and we were both ill. We were constantly asked to have a massage and beauty treatments. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned into a nightmare. Do yourself a favour Thomas Cook and drop this hotel it really is a discredit to your company. The hotel is certainly not five star you have to pay 10 euros for a coffee tray for your room which incidentally was never sent even though we waited for an hour in our room. The en ...

    We arrived back 29th September after 2 wks stay and found the hotel excellent staff couldn't do enough for you, everywhere was kept very clean, the food was of a good standard always lots of choice, and the weather was fantastic. we would definitely like to return to Sharm el Sheik and would not hesitate to go back to the Grand Plaza Hotel. Whilst there we did a 2 day trip to Cairo to see the pyramid's this was also excellent and good value.

    I was very impressed by the hotel Grand Plaza as a whole. The food, rooms and the whole complex was fantastic!!! Visited April 08, accommodation, resort and value for money all 10 out of 10.

    Thomas cook rep very helpful. Grand plaza cleaning team did a good job, well done. Disco music too loud and went on late into the night. Wouldn't have minded but located close to room. Food could have been better. Staff when communicating to crowd did not use English. Would not return, sorry

    We have traveled the world and stayed in Sharm 2 years ago, things have definitely deteriorated since then, you are not allowed to relax on your holiday, their standards of hygeine are minimal. 4 of us traveled and we all got Diarrhoea worse than we every have had, starting with very bad stomach cramps. 2 years ago I felt we were treated with respect by the staff, now all the see are pounds signs and there is no respite till you get home.

    Too many bad points to list. Can't think of any of any good points. Staff rude and ignorant, food disgusting, rep disinterested, dreadful place, go at your peril

    Rooms were large and spotless, we could not fault the holiday or hotel from start to finish. We would recommend this holiday for anybody
