Good Points: None
Bad Points: I experienced poor, slow service, not particularly good quality pictures
General comments: It took over 7 months to get our album from Tony Sherwin Photography.
On the day we practically had to organise the photographer, and then they did not contact us after the wedding, we spent 3 months chasing them at first, no answer whenever we tried to call, and then when we did speak to them we were told various excuses, always promising we would hear from them in a week but never received any contact.
Eventually when we got the photos I didn't even think they were that good quality - we had better taken by guests at the wedding, and then it took another 4 months to get the album. They had promised that we could choose the album, but we didn't get that option in the end, instead just sending us the colour and design that they had chosen, not what we had wanted.
It has been a stressful time, chasing, the cost of phone calls and sending recorded delivery letters. I feel as though it was a waste of money in the end.

I paid up front 6 weeks before the wedding and was due to have an album with 30 photos and 2 parent albums, i received my disc with photos when i returned off honeymoon and sent the photos i wanted to him. After 4 months i rang and he said it had been ordered every month he would make excuses i.e. his email is down, the albums are being delivered etc. The service I received was shocking and i told him i wanted to cancel the albums and have a refund he said no so i said i would take him to smal ...

Everything, we got married in September last year and we've still not had our wedding album back yet! Seems it's one reason after another with Tony Sherwin Photography.Having paid upfront 1400 pounds, I feel this is a terrible service being offered and none of our wish list was included in the photo's taken. I work away from the UK so I feel they are taking advantage of not answering my phone calls or emails.

We paid six weeks in advance and found them very slow to deliver.
We found they had plenty to say during sales pitch but stuck for words when giving reasons for delay.

The service by Tony Sherwin throughout our wedding day was excellent. Tony organised the guests on the day and the photographs exceeded our expectations.
We were supplied with proofs of our photographs in print and on cd upon our return from our honeymoon. The choice of photographs for our wedding album was so extensive it took a long time to choose. Throughout this time Tony was supportive and patient and helped us make a decision.
Once we had chosen our photographs we received proof album o ...

We contacted Tony Sherwin photography from recommendation. Many friends including my brother and sister in law, had been extremely pleased with his work. We chose the same story book album as my brother had had 2 years previously, and it was one of the best wedding albums I had seen. Tony Sherwin demonstrated an extremely professional manner both on our wedding day, the run up to it, and the time since. He was well organised and built up a good rapport with both ourselves, our families and t ...

The batteries in the camera of the photographer from Tony Sherwin Photography went flat on the day and there were no spares. The photographer had to rub the batteries in his hands so he could continue to take pictures!
The quality of the work was poor, and customer service was way below standard. The best photo we have of our wedding day was taken on a friends compact digital camera!!
