    Art.com don't list the postage costs until the last page. It's one of those things where they hit you with high postage after you've signed up and selected a password, etc, etc. Very frustrating to buyers. Then, the day after the purchase I receive an email telling me about the long "processing" time before it would be mailed. Since this was a gift, it will now be late. They know that cancelling the order at that time is both difficult and frustrating.

    My family will not buy from Art.com again.

    Do not buy any large photography from Art.com. I bought an oversized framed image and the image was blurry, looks like just blew up a smaller picture are printed it on poster paper. Even if the picture had looked good the frame was a cheap plastic. Then to top it off we had to pay shipping for the return which cost $72! Huge selection but horrible quality

    Website problems with accepting more than one type of payment in my experience. I use a gift certificate and it had problems recognizing another form of payment to augment that. Art.com have not yet as far as I am aware notified me if my item is not in stock. I've waited for 2 weeks after placing my order only to find out that they just received my print, and that it should not ship out until the end of week so that it can be custom framed. No apologies, no accepting responsibility in my opinion ...
