Good Points: Great Customer Service, Superb and fast delivery! Low Prices, No Service Fees, No Hidden Charges.

Bad Points: Website can sometimes be slow.

General comments: May I say Bravo! Stellar Tickets on your service. I previously purchased tickets for a Celine Dionn concert in Las Vegas that needed to be refunded. The sales associate was prompt and even called to fully inform me of what was going on. Due to her service I recently purchased Celine Dion tickets for her upcoming tour. My tickets arrived the next day and this was vital considering I was flying half way across the country to see the concert. It is very comforting to know with Stellar Tickets you are truly dealing with professionals. With StellarTickets I feel like I'm dealing with the best.

I purchased 2 tickets from Stellar Tickets for over $950, the concert was cancelled. I returned the tickets within 6 days and was not refunded (it has now been over 4 months) my money as agreed in their policy. I have called them 19 times, emailed them over a dozen times, sent 3 faxes and a certified letter. They do not answer emails or phones calls. Buyers beware!!

Stellar Tickets always gets me the best seats at the best price. I have been buying tickets from them for years and I have always found them head and shoulders above their competitors!
