    Diabolical customer service, steer well clear unless you want to endure having to constantly call customer services to chase them up and correct the mistakes that they make. Also, when things goes wrong, expect to have to wait a very long time to get anything resolved and to have to pursue them continuously. They are just not interested that a) you have a problem with the part they supplied and b) they have made an error and that you are inconvenienced.....I'm still waiting, been calling every day for the last 10 days. We all know mistakes get made, but to not show any concern when they are (especially after you have taken steps to point out an error) and not to take any steps to proactively resolve the problem is not what customer service is about.

    Trust me pay a bit extra for a whole lot less hassle, don't put yourself through the trouble and regret that I'm enduring right now!

    Hopeless...

    Unable to get details correct for courier, despite alerting them to incorrect information by email and telephone...they still went ahead and got it wrong. They do not respond to emails. It has taken all week to return part. I am without a car and extremely annoyed. They asked if they could send out replacement next Monday (It's Thursday today)...I have already been without transport all week (wrong time of year and a big inconvenience).     had the misfortune of using these once to repace a exhaust on a ford focus-never again,ended up having to go to a proper garage to have the work put right-if you hand your motor over to these be AFRAID,VERY AFRAID...

    After i ordered the CORRECT part ,they rang me to tell me i ordered incorrectly!! So they changed my order and as it was,nt in stock i waited over a week for delivery!!!.Then i found out it was a wrong order(100% their fault)After numerous phone calls over the next six days(8 with weekend) they still had,t sent out the correct exhaust.At this point i gave up and demanded my money back.This "cheap" exhaust has cost me a week,s lost work.It,s better to pay a little more locally than using this lot ...

    Called Online Automotive Ltd on Saturday to check on parts availability. Was told available and quoted price and that could be delivered and fitted on Wednesday. I arranged the week with my wife (it's her car) and travel arrangements for her on Wednesday and called to order the parts on Monday. The telephone operator seemed to be alseep and did not inform me the process required them to be phoning me all week.     Ordered parts from online automotive on Mon 13.07 eve online. Ordered processed goods charged then received a tel call advising not in stock on the Tues 14.07, would take further 5 days for one of the parts. I requested a refund of the £15 next day carriage if that was the case, they advised NO if you do that it will take up to 10 days.     Online Automotive is an excellent company, they give superb service.
    I ordered my parts at 3pm they warned me that it may have missed the courier for next day delivery.
    To my surprise it turned up at half past 8 the following morning.
    Upon fitting the part i noticed that the rear silencer was making a slight noise, i therefore rang up technical team for advice, they informed me that this is not normal. They passed me through to customer services who took all of my details and rang me back within ...

    I ordered a cat converter from Online Automotive Ltd and the wrong one was sent, trying to get the right one proved very difficult. I sent photographs via e-mail for the attention of the person I was dealing with; the e-mail was never passed on.     Online Automotive Ltd are very helpful, the delivery and price is as good as it gets but, beware if the item you ordered is not correct. What you see on the website and what arrives on the doorstep can (and was) quite different.

    If you don't get what you ordered, what good is the price and quality ! best we can hope for now is quick resolution to the problem, this is when you trouble really starts...My experince of a decent Co is how they deal with issues you have, this Co is the poorest I' ...

    3rd Time i've used Online Automotive Ltd and again they delivered b4 11am the next day. I had exhaust fitted by 12:30 and the wife was back on the road. Thanks again.
    Have recommended to all at work and at rugby club.

    I would personally not recommend ordering anything other than filters or branded parts from this company. They are having their metal work made to poor standards from my point of view and that of a local mechanic who tried fitting it and my main Ford dealer who saw it after carrying out some other work. For the saving of a few £'s in buying and trusting this retailer I've now had to spend another £150 on the correct part, another hours labour charge and several phone calls on my pa ...

    Just to say that I was very impressed with the quick service regarding replacing a faulty exhaust downpipe which I ordered from Online Automotive. My initial query was anwered the next day and a replacement was recieved early the following morning. Many thanks, I would recommend Online Automotive!

    I contacted Onlineautomotive for a new cat as mine was blowing. The sales advisor was very helpfull, because he was so helpful I decided to order straight away. It took 18 Hours I ordered at 2 and recieved the next day at 8am very impressed.
    Overall I would be very happy to recommend this company to anyone as all they did was everything they could to help me. My car is now working perfectly and I since recommended this company to all my friends.

    Ordered exhaust and catalyser for ford fiesta on 29/07/08. Received wrong parts. Returned parts in bag provided. Promissed refund on 02/08/08. Still waiting for refund on 7/10/08
