Good Points: The fact there is no need to have an extension aerial as it finds the satellites very well so long as you make sure the fixed aerial is extended level Compact lightweight design large screen with night vision 2D and 3D graphics Voice alerts are loud enough to be heard but only with the vehicles radio at a modest level plenty of screen options for viewing the route including turn by turn.
Bad Points: There do not appear to be any upgrades available for the maps as yet. Some roads I have found to be missing even though they have been on the local map for over thirty years. Let down by only having a 5 digit postcode search.
General comments: Overall the Goodmans GNAV10 GPS is a good system which has a few of the functions of the more expensive items, but lacks the ability to play Mp3 and Avi files.Gives accurate speed lets you know if you are driving over the speed limit and also ETA and Elevation should you need to know how high above sea level you are.But as I said before no available upgrades for the now out of date maps It gets you from A to B but better to buy a secondhand one from Ebay etc. rather than paying the new price.
