Damn good mixer. Friend bought a Vestax PCV 275.. I looked at 175.. then found the NUMARK Matrix 3 online.. about half the price of the PCV 175, all the features and reliability. Takes a beating. the little red lights on the xfader are stoopid, the blue power light is ill. sounds really good. Obviously doesn't have the chunky EQ like the djm5/600, BUT, BUT! It has the adjustable Curve which no other 3 channel mixer in hta price range does.

I was just about to lick out $1050 for the pionner djm600
when I discovered the Matrix 3. From the first song I faded I felt and heard the reliability. It's dj friendly whether you are a pro or just a beginner the knobs can't come off even under the most intense scratching.

Recent poll by respected Dance Music.com (http://dancemusic.about.com/library/reviews/aatpMixers.htm) put this in the top 5 mixers of the world, alongside such beasts as the Pioneer DJM-600 and Vestax PCV-275A (both would set you back in excess of £450). Everything you could want and fully adjustable. Hook this up to an effects uni ...
