  Good Points: This product has an overall wow factor. From the sumptious black velvet presentation pouch to the huge Swarovski crystal nestling on top, the attention to detail screams quality. The compact is substantial, has major bling appeal and I defy any woman not to covet this item. Just glimpsing it in my bag at a night out gives me a certain amount of pleasure and every woman who spys it in the toilets immediately demands details!
  
  I suppose it is quite pricey for a lip gloss, but I feel it is worth every penny. You don't buy this because you need a lip gloss. Your buying in to the whole concept and a lady who spends her money on a product like this will not be satisfied with a 99p lip gloss from Semi Chem. So, on the whole, if your looking for a bargain, bypass this product, this one is for serious luxury junkies only.
  
  The gloss itself is quite lightweight and does not have a very high shine. However, it has little flecks of gold through it which gives it a slightly more unusual look. It is very well suited to wearing as a top coat over the long staying lipsticks and this is how I use it, with great results.

  
  

  Bad Points: There are none, apart from that this product is not available on prescription.
  
  Oh, one thought, it might be nice if refills were available. I don't think they are, although my gloss has lasted ages so I haven't looked. Then we could use our Precious Carats forever.

  
  

  General comments: I'm sure it's pretty obvious to you by now that I love this product. Since discovering it I have given it to almost all of my friends on birthdays etc and I have yet to find a woman who doesn't adore it.
  
  My advice? Buy one for your best friend, she'll love you for it, and ask Santa to bring you one because every woman deserves to own one of these.
