    Good Points: none.


    Bad Points: all


    General comments: They took my order online with credit card details I printed out order confirmation. After not hearing from them for 2 days, I looked on my account on the web and it said I have no orders. Despite repeatedly emailing and leaving phone messages (they never answered whenever I tried to phone) there has been no response from them at all yet.

    I placed an order on this site a couple of months ago, but the item never arrived. The money has not been taken from my account, but the order still shows as pending so I am worried that it may be taken at some point in the future. They have not replied to emails and I dont have a phone number or geographical address. I eventually discovered that they have moved out of their previous premises without leaving a forwarding address and no-one seems to know where they have gone. The site provides no ...
